China’s aviation authority issued the first operational licenses for unmanned passenger aircraft to Hefei Heyi Aviation and Guangdong EHang Aviation, accelerating low-altitude economy expansion. The State Council elevated "low-altitude consumption" to a national strategy, promoting aerial tourism and sports. Industry projections estimate the market scale to reach 0.21trillion by 2025 0.21 trillion by 2025 and 0.48 trillion by 2035.
