At the unveiling ceremony, international communication volunteer teams from three universities—the Hunan College of Information, the Swan College of Central South University of Forestry and Technology, and the Hunan International Business Vocational College—were officially established. These student volunteers will showcase the beauty of Wangcheng from a youthful perspective, build cultural bridges through multiple languages, and share Wangcheng's voice with the world. The first batch of "Wangcheng International Communication Recommenders" was appointed, and they will showcase Wangcheng's ancient charm and modern vibrancy to the world via short videos, live streaming, and overseas social media platforms, focusing on themes such as "One River, Two Banks" development, rural revitalization, and the integration of culture and tourism.

In addition, five fine interview routes dedicated to the international communication of Wangcheng were released at the event. These routes connect over 20 locations, including the Xiangjiang Ancient Town Cluster, Shutang Mountain Ouyang Xun Cultural Park, Lei Feng Memorial Hall, and Qiaokou Fisheries Capital. The routes are themed around "Exploring the Maritime Silk Road Origins," "Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance," "Science and Innovation Integration," "Lei Feng Spirit," and "Ecological Exploration". They will serve as "travel guides" for domestic and international media as well as online influencers, helping Wangcheng transcend boundaries and enhance its global presence.

On the same day, the 2025 Wangcheng international communication serial activities were launched, including the International Communication New Media Creation Competition, Media Journalists and Online Influencers' Wangcheng Tour, and photography field trips.
