(2) 在中国境内高校取得硕士及以上学历，拟在上海工作的优秀外国留学生。

全流程便利化服务依托 “一网通办” 平台，外籍毕业生可在线完成《外国人工作许可通知》与《外国人工作许可证》申办，实现 “数据多跑路，人才少跑腿”。

The whole process facilitation service relies on the platform of "One Network Office". Foreign graduates can complete the application for Foreigner's Work Permit Notice and Foreigner's Work Permit online to achieve "more data and less talent".
