Wisdom of the Huangdi Yin: The Way to Heal Your Skin is in the Tone

Among the vast classics of Chinese medicine, the Inner Cycle of Huangdi is like a bright light that illuminates our path to the mysteries of the body. One of these words, "All things inside must be out," is brief but profound, and reveals the close connection between the body and its interior. Skin, as the largest organ of our body, is not only a barrier against external invaders, but also a "barometer" of the body's internal environment. When skin problems are repeated, it's often the body sending us a distress call, and the path to treatment is not limited to the skin surface.

Repeated allergies, a problem that afflicts countless people, often have roots that don't lie in the skin itself. Just like a tree's leaves are yellow, we can't just stare at the leaves to fertilize and water them, but go deeper into the soil to find the real cause. Repeated skin allergies are also an outward manifestation of internal environmental imbalances in the body. Maybe it's an inflammation of the liver, maybe it's a stomach and stomach disorders, maybe emotional depression... These factors may be behind allergies.

So, how do we cope with repeated allergies? The answer is simple, but hard - to regulate the inner environment.

First, discontinue stimulating products. Skin care products that contain irritating ingredients such as hormones, perfumes, and alcohol are like a double-edged sword. Although they may temporarily relieve allergy symptoms, long-term use can damage the skin's natural barriers and make allergies worse. Therefore, choosing mild, non- irritating skin care products is the best care for your skin.

Second, simplify the skin care steps. In the fast pace of modern life, we always want to put all kinds of skin care products in the face, the observation of skin can become better. However, excessive skin care not only fails to allow the skin to absorb more nutrients, but also puts a burden on the skin, causing problems such as porous blockage and skin sensitivity. Therefore, simplifying the skincare steps so that the skin has enough room to breathe is an important part of improving allergies.

Also, stay emotionally stable. There is an intricate connection between mood and skin health. Long-term mental tension, anxiety, depression and other negative emotions can lead to endocrine disorders in the body, which in turn affect the normal metabolism of the skin. Therefore, learning to regulate your emotions and stay in a happy mood is an indispensable part of treating allergic problems.

Let me tell you a story. A friend, whose skin was as sensitive as a fragile little princess, would become "emotionally disturbed" at the slightest inadvertence. She tried a variety of skin care products but couldn't get better. Later, she followed the advice of a Chinese medicine practitioner and began to regulate the inner environment. She stopped all irritating skin care products and chose only the most basic moisturizers. She simplified the skincare steps to get the skin back to nature; She learned meditation and yoga to keep her mind calm. When she appeared in front of me again a few months later, I couldn't believe my eyes - her skin had become smooth and delicate, and her allergies had gone untreated!

This story tells us that to treat repeated allergies, you can't just stare at the skin itself. Like cleaning up a polluted river, we can't just clean up the rubbish on the river's surface, but we need to go deep into the bottom and find the source of the pollution. Similarly, to treat allergic problems, we must start by regulating the internal environment to restore the body to a state of "inside permeability."

Friends, let us remember the wisdom of the Huangdi Yin scripture and look at skin issues in a more comprehensive and in-depth way. When we really pay attention to the inner environment of the body, you will find that skin problems that once agonized you can resolve naturally. For true beauty comes from inner health and harmony.
