法院咋判的呢？《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十四条规定“故意伤害他人身体的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制”，阿华这行为构成故意伤害罪。不过阿豪搞婚外情还不兑现补偿承诺，也有过错，所以法院从轻判了阿华7个月有期徒刑。
