如果发现肺结节:小于4毫米时无需额外处理;4~6毫米的结节需要定期做胸部CT;大于6毫米的结节则需要就医治疗。

Most nodules are benign. For example, lung nodules smaller than 4 mm often need no intervention, while larger ones may require annual CT scans and nodules larger than 6 mm need medical treatment.

如果发现甲状腺或乳腺结节:依据C-TIRADS或BI-RADS分类,1-2类风险较低,无需额外处理,而3类以上则需要就医随访。

关键提醒:理性应对,拒绝焦虑

果蔬不能直接消除结节,但均衡饮食、心情愉悦、规律作息是防病基础。发现结节时,科学随访远比盲目“散结”更重要。
