骗子真是无所不在，提醒大家注意，尤其是学术圈的学者。

我在5月30日收到一封自称是联合国经济与社会理事会工作人员的英文邮件，邀请我参加联合国经济与社会理事会年度会议。因邮件中并未提到支付费用的问题，所以我在将信将疑之余回复了邮件。后来我查了一下，发现会议本身真实存在，确实是在7月14日至23日之间在纽约举行。这让我几乎就要相信邮件的邀请是真的了。

在第二次回复邮件后，对方寄来邀请函与表格，表格其中一项是要填宾馆的预订号。这才知道我需要预付住宿费，才能得到预定号。在我发第三封邮件后，对方迅速回复了我，预付住宿费的方式，竟然不是发过来信用卡的支付链接，而是直接以国际汇款的方式汇到私人账号。

前面收到邮件与邀请函，我从将信将疑到差点相信，并给了我的个人信息。在此过程中，我问了一位在纽约工作的朋友，她强烈建议我不要相信，因为邮件不是发自联合国官方的邮箱地址。随后在收到以国际汇款方式预付住宿费用的邮件后，我已基本确定系骗子所为。在朋友的建议下，我发了邮件到联合国官方的邮箱进行举报。

如果收到类似的邮件，请不要提供个人信息，谨防被骗。我前面有些大意，提供了地址电话等信息。确实没想到，会有伪造联合国秘书长的签名，以联合国会议邀请的名义实施诈骗的。骗子越来越高明，所以不要动辄指责被害人愚蠢或贪婪，搞被害人有错论那一套。这只会导致很多人被骗以后不敢吱声，从而导致更多的人受骗上当。

以下是我5月30日收到的邮件：

The High-level Political Forum (HLPF), United Nations central platform for follow-up and review of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals, provides for the full and effective participation of all States Members of the United Nations and States members of specialized agencies.

The HLPF brings together ministerial and high-level representatives of governments, as well as a wide range of expertise and stakeholders, including heads of UN entities, academic scholars and other experts, and representatives of major groups and other stakeholders.

The theme of the 2025 ECOSOC and HLPF is “Advancing sustainable, inclusive, science- and evidence-based solutions for the 2030 Agenda and its SDGs for leaving no one behind”

In accordance with this adoption, The United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in conjunction with the Executive Board of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites you to a 10 - days summit of the Economic and Social Council, High-level segment, including the three-day ministerial meeting of the high-level political forum on sustainable development convened under the auspices of the Council, and the annual ministerial review as an observatory executive participant.

The Executive Board which provides intergovernmental support and supervision for the activities of UNDP, UNFPA, and UNOPS in accordance with the policy guidance of the General Assembly, the Economic and Social Council, and the United Nations Charter wishes to tap into your field experiences in the outlined workplan of this annual session 2025.

This forum is intended to be a high-level Summit, including Executive Board of UNDP/UNFPA/UNOPS, Heads of States / Governments or other representatives which will result in a centralized political document designed to shape global environmental policy and establish an inclusive and Transparent intergovernmental process on sustainable development goals that is open to all stakeholders.
