近日，“抖音已开放国际注册”的消息引发广泛讨论。抖音集团副总裁李亮于1月16日在微博发布声明称，相关信息不属实，并对平台上的仿冒行为进行了严肃回应。

Rumors have been circulating, suggesting that "Douyin has opened international registration," sparking widespread discussion. Vice president of Douyin, Li Liang, responded to these rumors on Thursday via Weibo, refuting the false information and tackling the problem of impersonation on the platform.

据知情人士透露，抖音严格按照《网络安全法》和《互联网用户账号信息管理规定》的要求，在注册时落实真实身份认证义务。目前，抖音发现部分黑产团伙利用搬运视频冒充外国用户，试图通过涨粉和养号牟利。

Currently, Douyin has identified certain illicit groups that upload fake videos impersonating foreign users to attract followers and monetize accounts.

李亮特别强调，“有海外IP并不代表是海外注册用户。”在治理黑产账号的行动中，抖音已处置了1万多个仿冒外国用户的账号。

Li emphasized, "Having an overseas IP does not equate to being an overseas registered user." In its efforts to combat fraudulent accounts, Douyin has already taken action against over 10,000 accounts impersonating foreign users.

根据1月13日发布的《2024网络黑产治理盘点》，抖音通过升级AI技术、优化举报机制等手段，加强了对欺诈、水军及违规导流账号的治理。过去一年，抖音累计封禁相关账号超过600万个。

Douyin has ramped up its efforts to combat fraud, fake followers, and illicit account activities by improving its AI technology and refining its reporting system. In the last year alone, the platform has banned over 6 million accounts engaged in such activities.
