一、停火条件
军事撤军要求

Ceasefire Conditions
Military Withdrawal Demands
- Ukrainian forces must fully withdraw from the Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, Kherson Oblast, and Zaporizhia Oblast (territories Moscow considers Russian).
- The Ukrainian Armed Forces must complete the withdrawal from Russian territory, including Donbas and "Novorossiya," within 30 days after the ceasefire.
- Military redeployment is prohibited, except for actions to withdraw to agreed positions.
International Recognition
- The international community must recognize Crimea, Donbas, and Novorossiya as integral parts of Russia.
Status of Ukraine
- Ukraine must declare neutrality, banning membership in military alliances or foreign military presence.
- Ukraine shall not deploy nuclear weapons and must limit the size of its armed forces.
Political and Electoral Requirements
Elections and Peace Agreement
- Ukraine must hold presidential and parliamentary elections within 100 days after lifting the wartime state and sign a peace agreement with Russia.
