本期推文主要是对论文第四章节中小企业对 SaaS 模式的模糊综合评价内容进行精读。

This article mainly focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of SaaS model by small and medium-sized enterprises in Chapter 4 of the paper.

首先，作者根据文献查阅对SaaS服务模式的评价指标体系进行确定，设计出符合本文研究内容的评价指标体系。

Firstly, the author determined the evaluation index system for the SaaS service model based on literature review and designed an evaluation index system that is in line with the research content of this article.

其次，作者采用客观与主观相结合的方法，应用层次分析法进行指标间的权重确定，如下所示，包含三个主要步骤。

Secondly, the author adopts a combination of objective and subjective methods and applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights between indicators, as shown below, which includes three main steps.

最后，针对权重计算的环节，作者以一级指标租赁成本中的各个二级指标为例，对其相对权重计算进行具体说明，如下所示。
