Transforming our thinking mode in job decision is a suitable choice

Job satisfaction is an essential element of individual wellbeing. So how to achieve job satisfaction? Today, I want to share some tips with you.

As far as I am concerned, job satisfaction is up to ourselves. It depends on us to assess. Everyone is different. For example, someone values the stability, someone values the salary and someone values the sense of happiness. All in all, there is no solution for anyone, but we can transform our thinking mode. I think it’s a suitable choice.The most important thing is our mindset. Instead of thinking it is doing what we dislike, why not think it is a trial before we can do the things we do like? This will give us a new perspective on it.

For instance, my learning experience is similar to it. At the insistence of my parents, I opted for science subjects in my high school. I actually wanted to learn liberal arts and regularly felt the difficulty of math and physics. I was depressed and always complained about it. At the same time, my best friend often told me that this was a test for me and I could change my major after the entrance examination.She has an important impact on me. During the rest time in studying science subjects, I took it seriously and finally was admitted to CCNU. After entering college, I’m more determined that I want to learn Chinese language and literature and become a teacher, finally change my major.

Because we are all students who didn’t acutally know about the job, I think it’s more appropriate to use learning experience to tell the truth. All in all, in my opinion, transform our thinking mode can help us to achieve job satisfaction.
