Hi everyone, good afternoon! In today's society, we can see all kinds of advertisements everywhere. Some people find these advertisements intrusive and annoying. Personally, I cannot completely agree with this view.

During the Double Eleven Shopping Carnival, no matter which mobile app we open, our screens are filled with advertisements of shopping platforms. These advertisements infiltrate almost every corner of people's lives, which is very disturbing. Besides, some advertisements tend to exaggerate the products’ effects and even provide false product information to attract consumers. It could also affect customers' shopping experience.Furthermore,advertising always brings great attraction to consumers. Maybe we don't need this product, but we can easily have the impulse to buy the product because of the advertisement of the product.These are the bad effects of advertising on our lives.

However, I think advertising is good for us to some extent. First of all, advertisements will publicize the features of the products, so the time consumers spend on choosing can be greatly reduced.In addition, some advertisements are carefully designed. Those well-made advertisements with wonderful pictures and music can be a visual feast for us to enjoy. What's more, some public service advertisements can promote some positive social values. Therefore, these advertisements can promote the harmony of the society and make our life more interesting.

All in all, I think advertising has become a very important part of our life. Despite its disadvantages, it not only promotes the development of business but also enriches our life.In any case, we should treat advertising rationally. Advertising should become a tool for our consumption, rather than a driving force for our consumption.
