岗位职责：
• 制定并执行海外（欧美）客户开发与销售策略，推动公司产品在重点行业落地。
• 拓展多行业大客户资源，跟踪市场动态与竞争对手信息，管理渠道及区域定价策略。
• 负责品牌推广、新产品导入及市场合作项目推进。
• 管理并优化重点客户关系，带领团队完成年度销售目标。
任职要求：
• 大专及以上学历，10年以上工业品销售经验。
• 在阀门、流体控制、暖通、消防、水务、能源、化工或船舶等领域具有丰富经验。
• 具备大客户开发与项目管理成功案例，操盘过数百万至千万级销售项目。
• 拥有行业高层资源与决策链关系者优先。
• 英语书面与口语能力良好，具备欧美市场经验与跨国商务谈判能力。

Our client is a multinational manufacturer specializing in valves and fluid control systems, with over 20 years of industry expertise and strong operations across HVAC, energy, water, marine, and chemical sectors. They are now hiring a Key Account Sales Manager in Chicago, USA, responsible for driving key account growth and m anaging industrial client portfolios in North America.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement overseas (Europe & North America) client acquisition and sales strategies.
• Expand industrial customer base, analyze market trends and competitors, and oversee pricing and channel management.
• Lead brand promotion initiatives, support new product launches, and drive s trategic market collaborations.
• Manage major accounts and sales projects, ensuring achievement of annual re venue goals.
Job Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or above with over 10 years of industrial product sales experience.
• Proven track record in valves, HVAC, fluid control, energy, or heavy indust rial sectors.
• Successful experience managing multimillion-dollar key accounts or opening new strategic markets.
• Strong connections with C-level or senior decision-makers in target industr ies.
• Excellent English communication skills; experience in North American or Eur opean markets preferred.
