研发背景

组合式空调机组的检修门通常配置观察窗，为机组运行时维护人员目视检查各功能段部件是否有异常。为了光照，传统的做法是在机组检修段内壁板上安装照明灯，在机组的外侧板上布置电源线经穿线孔与照明灯连接，照明开关布置于检修门一侧（参见图1）。

此类传统设计的弊端在于：

① 因为外部电源线要引入箱体内与照明灯连接，所以箱体壁板需要开孔，开孔处的缝隙漏风对净化空调机组漏风率检测有一定影响；

② 在机组检修面需安设照明灯控制开关，布置的线管有碍空调机组外表美观。

解决方案及产品介绍

1、本产品名为：带LED照明灯的防冷桥观察窗（专利号：ZL202022278856.9，授权公告号:CN213273121U），该专利技术：将LED照明环、电池和智能感应控制线路板的合成模块直接安放于观察窗内，使二者合并为带照明功能的视镜窗（参见图2）。

R&D Background
Modular air handling units (AHUs) typically feature inspection windows on access doors for visual examination of functional components during operation. In conventional designs, lighting is provided by:

① Installing lamps on the internal wall panels of AHU maintenance sections

② Routing power cables through penetration holes on external panels to connect lamps

③ Mounting light switches adjacent to access doors (See Fig. 1).

This conventional approach presents critical drawbacks:
① Penetration holes for external wiring create air leakage paths, adversely impacting air-tightness testing of purification air handling units;
② Surface-mounted conduits for light switches compromise aesthetic uniformity.

过滤器辅助拆装托架《MCZ-03》

研发背景

洁净区域的净化空调送风系统通常设有高效送风口装置（参图1）作为净化系统能否达标的终端过滤装置，其中高效过滤器的安装尤其关键。然而在现场的安装及拆卸更换过程中，安装人员处于反重力操作状态(参图2）。高效过滤器的自重使得安装人员不得不用一只手托举过滤器(虽然表面有金属保护网，但对不能有一丝漏点的高效过滤器来说很不适宜)，另一只手去固定压紧螺丝。通常情况下净化车间的高效送风口数量不少，长时间的这样操作让安装人员深感疲惫。

考虑到高空作业的安全性和高效过滤器的安装密封可靠性，本公司设计研制了一种辅助托架。

解决方案及产品介绍

1、本产品名为：过滤器辅助拆装托架（专利申请中，申请号：202520500693.4）。

辅助托架的一端采用2个微型电动液压推杆并与特制框架固定，推杆的顶端装有带防滑软胶的螺栓(用于支撑压紧托架)和垫片(用于拉紧高效过滤器)，另一端装有2个阻尼限位（参见图3）。

安装前先把托架放置在高效过滤器上，开启拉紧开关使得推杆回缩，将高效过滤器临时固定在托架上，以免向上托举时过滤器滑动掉落。然后将托架置于高效送风口的法兰面上，启动压紧开关推杆前伸直至将托架固定在高效送风口的法兰口上，此时高效过滤器已不受外力限制，只是搁置在托架上，安装人员可以用双手轻松稳妥的进行过滤器与送风口之间的密闭紧固了（参见图4）。待高效过滤器与送风口之间密闭固定后，再次启动拉紧开关使得推杆回缩即取下托架，依次类推进行下一个高效过滤器的安装或拆卸。

In cleanroom air handling systems, terminal HEPA filter housings (Fig. 1) serve as critical compliance components. However, filter installation/replacement requires technicians to operate against gravity (Fig. 2). The filter's weight forces single-handed support while fastening bolts – a practice that:

① Compromises seal integrity due to uneven pressure

② Causes severe fatigue during mass deployment

③ Creates fall hazards in elevated workspaces
