当人们试图描绘西藏的模样，有人定格雪山的壮阔，有人记录人文的温度，而有三位深耕者，从生态、民生、传播的褶皱里，找到了西藏发展最鲜活的注脚。在近期的中国西藏发展论坛上，杨旭、德庆玉珍与Erik Nilsson（聂子瑞）的对谈，没有宏大叙事，只有“带体温”的故事，让我们看见西藏不止有风景，更有蓬勃生长的生命力。

When people try to depict the image of Xizang, some capture the magnificence of its snow-capped mountains, while others document the warmth of its humanistic spirit. Yet three dedicated individuals have uncovered the most vivid reflections of Xizang's development through the intricate layers of ecology, livelihoods, and communication. In a recent session at the Forum on the Development of Xizang, China, the dialogue between Yang Xu, Deqin Yuzhen, and Erik Nilsson steered clear of grand narratives, focusing instead on stories "with a human touch." They showed us that Xizang is not only about landscapes but also about a vitality that is thriving and flourishing.

杨旭的镜头，是高原生态的“观察者”。扎根西藏多年，她用自然影像记录下生态保护与民生改善的双向奔赴，她的讲述里，每一句话都是西藏生态“向好”的证明。

Through Yang Xu's lens, we find a dedicated observer of the plateau's ecosystem. Having spent years rooted in Xizang, she uses nature imagery to document the synergistic progress between ecological conservation and the improvement of people's livelihoods. In her narratives, every sentence serves as testimony to Xizang's thriving ecology.

德庆玉珍的行动，是西藏民生的“温暖注脚”。作为西藏星光社会工作服务中心理事长，她的视角里满是普通人的“小确幸”，她用实际行动告诉我们，西藏的发展，藏在每一个人的幸福里。

Deqin Yuzhen's efforts add a touch of warmth to the story of livelihoods in Xizang. As the director of the Xizang Starlight Social Work Service Center, her perspective is filled with the "small but certain blessings" of ordinary people. Through her practical actions, she shows us that Xizang's development is reflected in the happiness of every individual.

Erik Nilsson（聂子瑞）的镜头，是中外了解西藏的“桥梁”。作为中国日报记者，他以外媒视角记录西藏多年，见证了“西藏速度”与“西藏温度”的平衡：他的镜头里，没有刻板印象，只有一个真实、发展、充满活力的西藏。

Through Erik Nilsson's lens, we find a "bridge" for understanding Xizang both domestically and internationally. As a China Daily journalist, he has documented Xizang for years from a foreign media perspective, witnessing the balance between "Xizang speed" and "Xizang warmth." His camera captures no stereotypes—only a truthful, developing, and dynamic Xizang.

From their distinct perspectives, the three dedicated individuals pieced together a panoramic view of Xizang's development—where ecological vitality, the warmth of people's livelihoods, and the dynamism of openness converge. And the three-line verse at the end reads like their collective tribute to Xizang:
