蒋斌：在新中国成立76周年之际，海军戚继光舰、沂蒙山舰结合远海实习任务，赴香港组织为期3天的舰艇开放活动，2万余名港澳民众登舰参观。编队举行升国旗仪式，并组织海军旗语展示、船艺绳结体验等特色活动，为当地民众送上真挚的国庆祝福。参观民众登上祖国的军舰，在繁华的香江之畔与编队官兵共唱《歌唱祖国》，纷纷表达了身为中国人的安全感和自豪感。国安才能家好，人民军队将坚定守护香港繁荣稳定，东方之珠必将伴随民族复兴绽放更加夺目的光彩。

Approximately 20,000 visitors from Hong Kong and Macao boarded the ships. They attended national flag-raising ceremonies, watched a demonstration of naval flag semaphores and tried their hand at knot-tying techniques. All these activities were organized by crew members for sending sincere National Day greetings to local residents.
