In response to the arrangements of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate (BMPP) regarding enhancing foreign-related procuratorial work, the Fourth Branch of BMPP has established a “Multilingual Foreign-Related Prosecutor Task Force”!

本周，市检四分院召开了一场“涉外检察人才工作座谈会”。党组书记、检察长刘惠亲自助阵，来自各部门的检察官代表们，不光业务能力在线，语言技能也直接拉满。
英语、德语、朝鲜语、阿尔巴尼亚语……自我介绍环节秒变“联合国开会模式”。
国际经济法、国际商法、国际私法……座谈交流环节秒变“国际法庭”模式。

This week, we held a symposium on the cultivation of foreign-related procuratorial talents. Chief Procurator Liu Hui attended the event to show her support. Prosecutors from various departments not only demonstrated strong professional expertise but also showcased impressive language skills.

English, German, Korean, Albanian…The self-introduction session almost felt like a United Nations meeting!

International economic law, international commercial law, international private law…The exchange session instantly transformed into International Court of Justice mode！

近年来市检四分院办理的涉外案件已覆盖全球六大洲50余个国家和地区，新加坡、越南、阿曼等多国同行来院交流，市检四分院的涉外检察业务，已成为服务北京“国际交往中心”建设的一张闪亮名片！接下来市检四分院要继续走好“涉外检察专业化路线”，不但要高质量办好涉外案件，更要主动融入涉外法治工作协同大格局；深度参与金融街论坛、服贸会、科博会等国家级国际性专业活动，不但要深化与各大涉外企业、高校和科研机构的合作，还要通过“选育管用”全链条机制，培养更多既懂中国法律、又熟悉国际规则的复合型人才！

In recent years, we have handled foreign-related cases involving more than 50 countries and regions worldwide. Counterparts from Singapore, Vietnam, Oman, and many other countries have visited us for exchanges. Our foreign-related procuratorial work has become a shining example of its contribution to Beijing’s development as an "International Exchange Center."

We must continue to advance along the "path of foreign-related procuratorial specialization." It is essential not only to handle foreign-related cases with high quality, but also to actively integrate into the broader framework of collaborative international rule of law efforts. By deeply engaging in national and international professional events such as the Financial Street Forum, CIFTIS, and CTIS, we should not only strengthen cooperation with major enterprises, universities, and research institutions, but also cultivate more inter-disciplinary talents who are well-versed in both Chinese law and international rules!
