第一步：3段式模板直接套（保基础分）
开头：1句话点明人物/事件+1个亮点细节。比如写妈妈：“My mom is like a ‘superwoman’—she wakes up at 5 AM every day just to make me hot milk.”（别干巴巴写“my mom is kind”！）
中间：2个具体事例+对话/动作描写。比如写帮你学英语：“Last term, I failed the exam. Instead of scolding me, she sat down and said, ‘Let’s make flashcards together.’ We spent 3 nights reciting words until 10 PM.”（用“scolding”“reciting”这种小词，比“very good”真实10倍！）
结尾：1句感受+1个升华。比如：“Now I know love isn’t just hugs—it’s staying up late with you to fight for a better score. Thanks, Mom!”（别喊口号，写你心里真正想的！）
第二步：5个加分技巧（轻松提分5-8分）
用“五感词”替代普通形容词：不说“the food is delicious”，说“the smell of her tomato soup makes my stomach growl before I even enter the room”（嗅觉+听觉，画面感立马有了！）加“反套路”小缺点：写老师别只说“strict”，可以加“but she’ll secretly leave candy on my desk when I’m sad”—人物瞬间立体！用“对比法”突出重点：“He used to forget my birthday, but this year he saved 3 months’ pocket money to buy me a dictionary.”（变化感就是高分密码！）短句+感叹句穿插：“I cried. I shouted. I even wanted to give up.
