Hi everyone，Well，it's time for me to show you around a lovely family garden here in southwest London，that we created just under a year ago.

Now，with this garden，the client very much wanted a big entertaining space.

As well as a garden that would give interest for 12 months of the year.

So to take us into the first part of the garden.

We've got this fabulous multi stemmed Amelanchier Lamarckii.

Beautiful blossom in the spring，lovely leaf colour in the autumn.

A really great tree.

And you give a bit of movement and excitement.

We under-planted the multi stemmed tree with a Hakonechloa Macra and Salvia Love and Wishes.

As far as planting in the borders in the lawned part of the garden.

we've gone for quite tall plants at the back of the border.

So as you can see here，we've got the wonderful Hydrangea Limelight.

And the Salvia Amistad.

And then for winter interest，although we are getting a little bit of flower now.

we've got this wonderful winter flowering Viburnum Charles Lamont.

Now，the clients are great entertainers，and they like to be outside a lot.

So they wanted us to lead off from the lawn area into a large central terrace.

We knew that the central terrace of this garden was going to be its main feature，but we also had to create a sense of privacy。

Sowe planted these three mature Robinia trees，which create a lovely sense of enclosure within the space。

And so on this other side of the terrace we have the dining table.

And also the bespoke barbecue kitchen unit.

We designed this unit to house a flat barbecue，and also a single burner，And we've mounted it in one long piece of granite，which goes down the side as well.

And it's also has this lovely fascia of these wonderful tiles.

And to complete the sense of enclosure within this part of the garden，we've planted these borders very generously with lovely perennials，including the tall Verbena.

Verbena Bonariensis，As well as the pink of the Echinacea.

Echinacea Purpureara，And the lovely ruby red turning to orange of the Helenium.

Helenium Moerheim Beauty，And also in this border，to give us structure，We've got the wonderful flowers and foliage of the Bronze Fennel。

And for the winter，each of the beds on the corner，has a large Portuguese Laurel Topiary ball.

And so as we leave the main central terrace，we then come to the final part of the garden。

we then come to the final part of the garden，which we've marked with this lovely hardwood decking，that takes you to the garden room，But on the way is this lovely secret firebowl area。

So we've got this corten steel firebowl in the middle here，as well as these three corten steel panels，which tie in nicely，which just give us a different kind of interest，and which have down lighters on to make a lovely atmosphere in the evening.

Over here，we've gone from more jungly effect with this tree fern，and we've also got the Clerodendron Bungei a beautiful flower and a very exotic looking plant.

I love this part of the garden day and night，and it's wonderful because we've managed to put a focal point，as you look across at the large seacast in the pots opposite。
