Founded in April 2005, Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts (SIVA) became an independent private undergraduate university in April 2013, transitioning from Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts affiliated to Fudan University. Ranked 201-260 globally and 13th in the Chinese Mainland in the “Art and Design” discipline of the 2025 QS World University Rankings by Subject, SIVA has appeared in the rankings five times since its establishment 20 years ago.

学校设有 10 个二级学院，20 个艺术类专业，涵盖设计、美术、戏剧与影视、音乐与舞蹈、文化产业管理等 5 个专业大类，其中有3个国家一流专业、8个上海市一流专业，7个上海市属高校应用型本科试点专业。

SIVA has 10 secondary colleges offering 20 art-related majors, covering five major categories: design, fine arts, drama and film, music and dance, and cultural industry management. Among these, 3 are national first-class programs and 8 are Shanghai municipal first-class programs. Currently, 7 programs are designated as Shanghai municipal applied undergraduate pilot programs.

岗位职责 Responsibilities

► 学科建设：准确把握本学科动态和发展方向，注重战略谋划和前瞻布局；协助学院推进学科交叉融合，参与实验室、研究中心或特色工作室的建设与管理；

Discipline Development: Accurately analyze disciplinary trends and directions, develop strategic and forward-looking plans, promote interdisciplinary integration, and contribute to the construction and management of laboratories, research centers, or specialized studios.

► 科研创新：主持或参与国家级、省部级科研项目，产出高水平学术论文、专利、艺术作品或行业实践成果；

Research Innovation: Lead or participate in national or provincial-level research projects, produce high-level academic papers, patents, artistic works, or industry practice achievements.

► 团队建设：引进和培育高水平师资，构建国际化、多元化的教学科研团队；

Team Building: Recruit and cultivate high-caliber faculty to establish internationalized and diversified teaching and research teams.

► 学术交流：积极拓展国内外学术合作网络，组织或参与国际会议、展览及行业论坛。

Academic Exchange: Actively expand domestic and international academic networks, organize or participate in international conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums.

岗位要求Requirements

► 拥有设计、美术、戏剧与影视、音乐与舞蹈、文化产业管理、文物与博物馆、人工智能等领域的博士学位（特别优秀者可放宽至硕士学位）或高级专业技术职务；

Hold a doctoral degree (exceptional candidates with a master’s degree may be considered) or senior professional title in fields such as design, fine arts, drama and film, music and dance, cultural industry management, cultural heritage and museology, or artificial intelligence.

► 关注人工智能、数字化以及可持续设计等新兴领域，具有前瞻性学科布局能力；

Demonstrate expertise in emerging fields such as AI, digitalization, and sustainable design, with visionary disciplinary planning capabilities.

► 熟悉高等教育规律，有海内外知名高校或研究机构任职经历者优先；

Familiarity with higher education principles; prior experience at renowned domestic or international universities/research institutions preferred.

► 具备5年以上高校或行业相关领域管理经验者优先。

At least 5 years of management experience in higher education or related industries preferred.
