Seeing Lan Junjie, the local grid manager from Dazhou Power Supply Station of State Grid Xuchang Electric Power Company, and his colleague Wang Tonggang visiting proactively, Lan Chunliang warmly greeted them, saying, "Orders have been pouring in this first quarter, and we're stepping up production. To help beekeeping enterprises achieve a strong start in the first quarter, Lan Junjie had earlier reviewed the production lists of enterprises within his service area and established detailed service records. In recent years, Changge City in Xuchang has successfully developed into a "Healthy Beekeeping Town." Leveraging major online sales platforms, the "Healthy Beekeeping Town" evolved from individual household operations into a specialized "Taobao village," integrating the production, processing, and sales of beekeeping equipment. Currently, the town hosts over 600 e-commerce households specializing in bee products, with more than 3,500 online stores on Taobao, employing over 30,000 people in e-commerce.

To guarantee reliable electricity for e-commerce customers, State Grid Xuchang Electric Power Company assigns dedicated customer managers providing personalized "one-on-one" services to all local bee product e-commerce businesses, swiftly addressing electricity-related issues.

"The power service is excellent—just one phone call and the power company's staff immediately come to help," said Li Hongkai, an e-commerce entrepreneur. On January 10, during his live-streaming sales session, Li suddenly experienced a power outage at home. Seeing neighbors still had power but unable to identify the issue himself, he quickly called Lan Junjie.
