Liang Shijie on "Yang Ming wet fever": a health alarm for modern young people

In the busy urban life, young people are like the rising sun, and should be full of energy and freshness. However, in the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, many young people are facing a special physical problem - "yangming wet and hot." Director Liang Shijie has unique insights and deep understanding of this. He pointed out that among modern young people, "warm and hot" bodies are common, and this phenomenon is not only worrisome, but also worthy of our deep reflection.

The term "yangming wet and hot" in Chinese medicine may sound strange, but its external characteristics are not uncommon around us. Red face, red lips, purple acne, thick body hair, plump head and chest and thin lower limbs. These seemingly insignificant details are, in fact, the outward manifestations of a "warm and humid" physique. These young people, like trees burned by fire, are splendid on the outside, but full of heat and unease inside.

Director Liang Shijie further explained that the internal pathogenesis of "Yangming damp-heat" lies in the stagnation of qi and blood and the insufficiency of kidney essence. The formation of this body is closely related to the modern lifestyle. Overnutrition, excessive diet, lack of exercise... These bad habits have caused the body of young people to accumulate hot and humid gases, and the blood and blood circulation has been blocked, eventually causing a series of health problems.

Real heat is the main culprit of "warm and hot" physical conditions in the sun. Not only does it cause an increase in androgens, which causes frequent acne on the face of young people, but it is also more likely to cause gynecologic problems such as thickening of the ovarian lining and obstruction of follicle development. These problems not only affect the external image of young people, but also pose a great threat to their physical and mental health.

For example, Xiao Zhang, a young white-collar worker who is only 25 years old, is the typical representative of the "warm and humid" body. He had red face and red lips, acne all over his face and thick body hair, and he looked very stout. However, his lower limbs were thin and he often felt weak. To make matters worse, he had a fierce temper and a lot of mood swings, often bursting into rage over minor incidents. After the diagnosis by Director Liang Shijie, Xiao Zhang was diagnosed with "warm and wet" physical condition. After a period of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and lifestyle changes, Xiao Zhang's symptoms gradually eased, and the whole person became much more peaceful.

Director Liang Shijie emphasized that the formation of the "warm and wet" physique of the yangi was not a matter of a passing day. It is closely related to our lifestyle, eating habits, emotional management, etc. Therefore, to change this physical condition, we must start at the source, adjust our lifestyle, improve our eating habits, strengthen our exercise, and keep our mood happy. Only in this way can we fundamentally address the health problems caused by "sun humidity."

Yet the reality is often worrisome. In this fast-paced, high-pressure society, many young people sacrifice their health in pursuit of so-called "success" and "happiness." They are addicted to work, play, and socialize, neglecting the needs and feelings of their bodies. This way of life, not only exacerbated the formation of "Yangming hot and humid" constitution, but also let many young people into a sub-state of health.

In the face of this phenomenon, Director Liang Shijie called on the general population of young people to cherish their bodies and health. He stressed that health is the foundation of life, and without it everything will be gone. Therefore, we should start now, with a small amount of effort, to change our lifestyle and habits so that the body can return to a natural, harmonious state. Only then can we truly have a healthy, happy and happy life.

In short, the "warm and humid" physique is a serious problem faced by modern young people. It not only affects our external image and physical and mental health, but also reflects problems with our lifestyle and habits. Therefore, we should face the problem squarely and actively seek a solution. Under the guidance of Director Liang Shijie and other traditional Chinese medicine experts, let us work together to return the body to its natural, harmonious state and usher in a better future!
