On August 8th, the 15th China International Animation Copyright Fair (ACTIF) opened at the China Art Toy Center (CATC) in Shipai Town, Dongguan. This year's event brings together more than 2,000 IPs in the fields of animation and film from over 40 countries and regions, with over 600 leading enterprises participating. The fair runs until August 11th, and the public can attend free of charge.

As China's largest toy export base, Dongguan produces one-quarter of the world's animation derivatives and 85% of China's art toys. According to the organizers, within a ten-mile radius of the CATC, the full industry chain, from IP design to intelligent manufacturing to cross-border distribution, is in place. This highly integrated network allows production to be measured in hours from concept to finished product, positioning Dongguan as a leading hub for the art toy sector and a top choice for IP commercialization.

The fair features a strong sense of technology and an international flair. In the "AI Empowered New Scenarios" exhibition area, visitors can explore cutting-edge technologies in animation creation, such as VRspacesfor the 15th anniversary of Ultraman Zero and a Chaozhou Yingge dance robot that uses AI to replicate traditional choreography. The fusion of culture and technology adds both appeal and warmth. Visitors can immerse themselves in the charm of popularChinese creations such as Pop Mart, Nai Loong, and The Three-Body Problem, while also encountering internationally renowned IPs like Disney, Pokémon, and Harry Potter throughout the venue.

超2000动漫IP亮相东莞

8月8日，第十五届中国国际影视动漫版权保护和贸易博览会在东莞石排“中国潮玩之都・漫博中心”正式开幕。本届展会汇聚40多个国家和地区的2000多个影视动漫IP，600多家重点企业参展参会，将持续至8月11日，市民可免费入场观展。

作为中国最大的玩具出口基地，全球1/4动漫衍生品、全国85%潮玩都产自东莞。据介绍，以展会所在的漫博中心为起点，方圆十里涵盖“IP设计-智能制造-跨境流通”全产业链，从图纸到成品按小时计算，让东莞成为潮玩产业的风向标、IP商业化的首选地。

本届展会充满“科技感”和“国际范”。在展会“AI赋能新场景”专区，可以看到动漫创作领域前沿技术集中展示，如罗奥特曼15周年VR大空间、潮汕英歌舞机器人通过AI复刻传统舞步，文化的融合让科技更有看点和温度。观众不仅可以沉浸式感受到泡泡玛特、奶龙、三体等国产精品的魅力，深受大众喜爱的迪士尼、宝可梦、哈利波特等国际知名IP也随处可见。
