Good morning everyone! It is my honor to speak here, and I am very glad to share my topic with you. Then today I’d like to talk something about how to find your dream career.

How to find your dream career? I think that is a very realistic question for us. As college students, we don’t have the experience finding a job, but we will face it in the near future. So it is necessary for us to know about some tips to find our dream career.

In my perspective, the first thing is to discover your strengths and interests. A good career for you must be the work you enjoy doing, in that case you will be full of motivation to do it. Think about what you are good at, because doing what you are skilled in will be easier. And you will be more willing to do the work. For example, if you learnt design in college, being a stylist may be suitable for you.

What’s more, the character is also a vital point when finding your dream career. You may heard someone resigned after working for years because his or her character couldn’t adapt to the career. If you are out-going and willing to communicate with people, it may be suitable for you to choose the career such as salesman. On the contrary, it won’t be suitable for you if you are introverted.

Both factors are important when finding a dream career. Some factors like your goal and the actual situation are also important. It’s an important thing for us so remember to consider it cautiously. Hope we all can find a dream career in the future.
