阿方索出生于餐饮世家,童年穿梭于墨西哥与西班牙之间,13岁便在家族餐厅中练就敏锐的服务嗅觉。1996年正式踏入酒店业,迄今已深耕服务行业近三十载,其中十五年效力于丽思卡尔顿品牌,其足迹遍布北京丽思卡尔顿酒店、西安丽思卡尔顿酒店、西班牙特内里费阿巴马丽思卡尔顿酒店、阿曼马斯喀特布斯坦宫丽思卡尔顿酒店以及沙特阿拉伯利雅得丽思卡尔顿酒店。

Recently, Marriott International is delighted to announce the promotion of Alfonso Orona to Multi-Property General Manager, with responsibility for The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing, The Ritz-Carlton, Suzhou and (soon-to -open) Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy effective August 1.
Born in a family with restaurant business and raised in both Mexico and Spain, Alfonso has started taking care of the restaurant guests with a natural passion for hospitality industry since 13 years old. Alfonso Orona starts his career from 1996, which has almost 30 years’ experience in hospitality industry, including 15 years with The Ritz-Carlton. His career journey covers the Ritz-Carlton, Beijing & Xian, The Ritz-Carlton Abama Tenerife Spain, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Oman; The Ritz-Carlton Hotel,L.L.C. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
During his four years as General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing, Alfonso infused every detail with an unwavering pursuit of excellence. The hotel’s revenue and GOP have consistently exceeded targets, its market positioning and brand awareness have risen steadily, and its operational efficiency, guest experience and “Marriott Community Footprint” initiatives have all set new benchmarks.
