学习类居留证件，发给在中国境内长期学习的人员。
Ⅰ
Required Documents
【申请材料】
1. Valid passport or other international travel documents.
2. Completed "Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form."
3. One recent, half-length, 2-inch photo showing your bare head. For first-time applicants, on-site photo-taking is available free of charge. For non-first-time applicants, a paper photo is required, or on-site free photo-taking is possible.
4. Health certificate issued by China Customs (exempt for those who are under age 18, and those applying for residence permit extensions).
5. Admission letter or certificate of enrollment.
6. Certificate of enrollment issued by the school in Tianjin, including a letter indicating the study period.
7. For students entering China with a non-X1 visa, provide a JW201 or JW202 form.
8. Foreigners holding a study residence permit who need to work part-time or intern off-campus should submit a letter of consent from the school and the internship unit, for endorsement on the residence permit.
9. International students under 18 should provide the household registration, ID card, and a notarized certificate of guardianship of their guardian in Tianjin.
10. Those who apply for a residence permit for studying in China without an ordinary passport shall apply for a residence permit after they obtain an ordinary passport

2. 填写完整的《外国人签证和居留许可申请表》。
3. 申请人的近期半身正面免冠二寸照片一张，首次申请居留许可的外国人现场免费采集照片。非首次申请须提交一张纸制照片或可现场免费采集。
4. 18岁以上（含18岁）人员须提供中国海关天津出入境检验检疫出具的健康证明（居留证件延期不需提供）。
5. 录取通知书或入学证明。
6. 在津院校出具的在读证明函件和注明学习期限的公函。
7. 持非X1签证入境的留学生还须提供JW201或JW202表。
8. 持学习类居留证件的外国人，需要勤工助学或者在校外实习的，提交就读学校和实习单位出具的同意勤工助学或者校外实习的函件，申请居留证件加注。
9. 18岁以下留学生还须提供在津监护人的户口本、身份证及承担监护责任的公证书。
10. 对未持普通护照因在华学习申请居留证件的，要换持普通护照后再申请居留证件。
11. 签证机关可以根据具体情况要求外国人提交其他申请材料。

【温馨提示】
1. Foreign nationals or their hosts should register personal information with local public security departments within 24 hours of their check-in if they reside or stay in places other than hotels.
2. Foreign nationals can lawfully stay in China with acceptance receipts when their passports or other international travel documents are submitted to visa authorities for approval. The validity period of acceptance receipts for visa application and residence permits does not exceed seven working days from the acceptance date. For residence permit applications, the validity period of acceptance receipts does not exceed 15 working days from acceptance date.
3. If there is a change in the registered information about foreign nationals' residence permit, the holders should apply for the change at the entry and exit administration service center of public security bureaus within ten days from the date of the change. The registered items for foreign residence permits include: the holder's name, gender, date of birth, purpose and length of residence, issuance date and place, passport or other international travel document number, etc.
4. For foreign infants born in China, their parents or guardians should apply for a stay or residence registration at the entry and exit service center of public security bureaus within 60 days of their birth and present the birth certificate.
When a foreign national dies in China, their family, guardian, or agent should report it to the entry and exit service center of public security bureaus, presenting his or her death certificate, to terminate the stay or residence permit.
5. Among the documents that need to be submitted, marriage and birth certificates, proof of relationship and name change issued by foreign competent authorities or notary officesmust be accompanied by additional certificates issued by those authorities of contracting foreign states. Relevant foreign documents should be translated into Chinese.
1. 外国人在旅馆以外的其他住所居住或者住宿的，应当在入住后二十四小时内由本人或者留宿人，向居住地的公安机关办理登记。
2. 申请人所持护照或者其他国际旅行证件因办理签证证件被收存期间，可以凭受理回执在中国境内合法居留。签证和停留证件申请的受理回执有效期自受理之日起不超过7个工作日；居留证件申请的受理回执有效期自受理之日起不超过15个工作日。
3. 外国人居留证件登记事项发生变更的，持证件人应当自登记事项发生变更之日起十日内向出入境窗口申请办理变更。外国人居留证件的登记项目包括：持有人姓名、性别、出生日期、居留事由、居留期限，签发日期、地点，护照或者其他国际旅行证件号码等。
4. 在中国境内出生的外国婴儿，其父母或者代理人应当在婴儿出生六十日内，持该婴儿的出生证明到出入境窗口为其办理停留或者居留登记。
外国人在中国境内死亡的，其家属、监护人或者代理人，应当按照规定，持该外国人的死亡证明向出入境窗口申报，注销外国人停留居留证件。
5. 以上需要提交的材料中，外国主管部门或者公证部门出具的婚姻证明、出生证明、亲属关系证明、姓名等资料变更证明须附有缔约国主管部门签发的附加证明书。有关外文资料应当翻译成中文。
