Founded in 2014, the Dongguan Songshan Lake International Robot Industry Base, also known as XbotPark, has incubated over 80 high-tech companies, including Narwal and ePropulsion, boasting a remarkable success rate of nearly 80%. What began as a seed of technological innovation more than a decade ago has now grown into a flourishing robot industry ecosystem in Songshan Lake.

The world's first self-balancing and wheeled-leg robot with direct-drive motors, developed by Direct Drive, has drawn significant attention, while Narwal's mopping robots have entered countless households. LiberLive's stringless guitar, redefined by Unknown Planet, has made it easier than ever for consumers to learn and play guitar. Songshan Lake is now regarded as a "dream-making factory" for hard-tech entrepreneurship, where a new generation of unicorn robotics companies is taking root and thriving.
To help startups rapidly move from concept to mass production, XbotPark has introduced a "shared factory" model, supporting startups in small-batch prototyping, product development, and testing. In 2024, the shared factory supported nearly 70 startups, helped deliver more than 180,000 units of products, and connected with over 100 suppliers.
Beyond its strong industrial foundation, the policy support and services provided by Songshan Lake to robot companies are also important reasons for attracting many companies to gather here.

成立于2014年的东莞松山湖国际机器人产业基地（又名XbotPark机器人基地）走出了云鲸、逸动等超80家硬科技公司，孵化成功率近80%。十多年前播下的一颗科创种子，如今已在松山湖长成一片机器人产业森林。
本末科技推出的全球首款直驱型自平衡轮足机器十分吸睛，云鲸智能研发的拖地机器人走进了千家万户，LiberLive未知星球的无弦吉他圆了越来越多消费者的吉他速成梦……如今，松山湖正成为硬科技创业的“梦工厂”，一批批独角兽机器人企业在此生根发芽、长成参天大树。
为了帮助初创企业快速实现从概念设计到量产的跨越，XbotPark机器人基地推出了“共享工厂”模式，专门支持初创团队进行小批量打样、产品开发与检测试验。据悉，2024年，共享工厂共服务近70家初创企业，累积助力出货超过18万台产品，链接超100家供应商。
除了坚实的产业根基，东莞松山湖面向机器人企业提供的政策支持和服务，也是吸引众多企业聚集于此的重要原因。
