所以，要提高一个人的情商水平，根本是要提升一个人的道德境界。而一个人的道德境界从何而来，一部分来自先天，一部分来自后天。好人有先天的成分，坏人也有先天的成分。有些人天生就是好人，自己不做好事自己就不舒服，这类天生的好人确实是存在的。有些人天生就是坏人，这些人是不干坏事就不舒服。而且这部分坏人演戏能力也好，假情商水平也高，这也是长期进化的结果。因为坏人若没有假情商，其存活概率也低。所以，存活下来的坏人大都有较高水平的假情商。另外，后天的制度和文化，也是好人和坏人的孵化器。好的制度和文化，可以让坏人变好一些。不好的制度和文化，可以让好人变不好一些。公平是制度最高的善。越公平的制度是越好的制度。越公平的制度对人性建设越好。好的文化应富含敬畏、理性、诚信意识。尤其是敬畏意识，很重要。恐惧产生伦理。没有敬畏，魔鬼必然胆大妄为，必然无法无天，社会必然两面人大行其道。精致的利己主义者是高情商，但其高情商实际是高假情商，是高级的假冒伪劣产品。精致的利己主义者实际是魔鬼，而且是善于算计和善于表演、善于伪装的魔鬼。
