人类自认为自己是自然界最高级的一类物种，其实可能是相反，人类应可能是自然界最低级的一类物种。注意，人类中有极好的，也有极恶的，我这里说最低级，不是说所有人都是最低级，只是从平均值来说人类应是最低级。
第一，人类最软弱。贪婪就是证明。所有物种中人类是最贪婪的。吃饱了还要尽可能占有，不像一些动植物，吃饱了就好了，再没有多余的事情。而人类的占有欲望无止境。豪车一个人有几百辆还不知足，一个人有各种鞋子一万双也不知足。贪婪是软弱的另一面。因为软弱，所以通过贪婪来弥补，通过多多占有财富为自己筑高墙保护自己。第二，人类最野蛮。人类对动植物的消费就是例证。如对动物幼崽的消费，比如吃羊羔肉，大规模的杀戮羊的幼崽，且不产生任何痛感和负罪感。若一类动物对人类的幼崽这样对待，人类对这类动物如何看？肯定人类会认为这类动物是最野蛮的，恨不得赶紧把这类动物从地球上消灭干净。人类不仅对其他物种野蛮，人类对人类也最野蛮。人类对人类的大规模杀戮远远胜过其他动物对人类的伤害，也远远胜过其他动物的自相残杀程度。第三，人类最愚蠢。比如，制造大规模杀伤性武器，就是愚蠢的具体表现。若人类真正有大智慧，就不应制造出大规模杀伤性武器，也即，即使能制造出，也不制造。制造出大规模杀伤性武器，这是人类为毁灭自身人为制造隐患，人为制造机会，是明知山有虎，偏向虎山行，这就是最愚蠢的具体表现。最软弱，最野蛮，最愚蠢，三者合一，说明人类应可能是自然界所有物种中最低级的一类。人类如何升级，懂得知足，关爱万物，不干伤害自身的事；顺应自然，尊重自然规律，天人合一；不要企图征服自然和改造自然，人类首先要改造好自己，改造好自己的灵魂。人类改造好了自己，世界也就安宁了，自然也就好了，自然也就不出问题了。人类改造好了自己，人类在物种系列中也就升级了。
Song Guiwu : Humans May Be the Lowest Species in nature
Humans consider themselves the most advanced species in nature. In fact, it may be the opposite. Humans should possibly be the lowest species in nature. First, humans are the weakest. Greed is the proof. Among all species, humans are the greediest. Even after having enough to eat, they still strive to possess as much as possible. Unlike some plants and animals that are content after having enough to eat and have no more desires, human's desire for possession is endless. One person may have hundreds of luxury cars and still not be satisfied. One person may have ten thousand pairs of shoes and still not be satisfied. Greed is the other side of weakness. Because of weakness, humans try to compensate by being greedy and build high walls to protect themselves by possessing a lot of wealth. Second, humans are the most barbaric. Human's consumption of plants and animals is evidence. For example, the consumption of animal cubs, such as eating lamb, the large-scale killing of young lambs, without any sense of pain or guilt. If a certain type of animal treated human cubs in this way, how would humans view this type of animal? Certainly, humans would consider this type of animal the most barbaric and wish to eliminate it from the earth immediately. Humans are not only barbaric to other species but also to their own kind. The large-scale killing among humans far exceeds the harm other animals cause to humans and also far exceeds the degree of internecine killing among other animals. Third, humans are the most foolish. For instance, the manufacturing of weapons of mass destruction is a concrete manifestation of foolishness. If humans truly had great wisdom, they should not manufacture weapons of mass destruction. That is, even if they were capable of manufacturing them, they should not do so. Manufacturing weapons of mass destruction is creating hidden dangers and opportunities for humanity's own destruction. It is knowingly going towards danger, which is the concrete manifestation of the greatest foolishness. The combination of being the weakest, the most barbaric, and the most foolish indicates that humans should possibly be the lowest among all species in nature. How can humans upgrade? By knowing contentment, caring for all things, and not doing things that harm themselves; by conforming to nature, respecting the laws of nature, and achieving harmony between humans and nature; by not attempting to conquer and transform nature. First, humans need to transform themselves, especially their souls. Once humans transform themselves well, the world will be peaceful, nature will be fine, and there will be no problems. When humans transform themselves well, they will upgrade in the species hierarchy.
