简约私宅｜Mr来设计

在经历了外界环境的层层波动之后，更多人开始倾向于在一个干净纯粹的空间中安放自己，简化视觉，也缓和内心的节奏，让居住变得更有方向感与安全感。

本案住宅在布局和功能的整合上，体现出对日常行为习惯的精细观察，空间比例处理精准，对细节的打磨贯穿始终。每个功能区域在满足基础需求的同时，也体现出居住者对秩序与美感的重视，让生活方式在空间中具象化。

客厅作为住宅的视觉核心，以大面积原木作为基底材料，营造出温和且富有层次的感官体验。抽象手绘油画被置于视觉焦点位置，起到强化空间艺术属性的作用，也表现出屋主对艺术日常化的倾向。

As the visual core of the residence, the living room uses a large area of logs as the base material to create a mild and hierarchical sensory experience. Abstract hand-painted oil painting is placed in the visual focus position, which plays a role in strengthening the artistic attribute of space, and also shows the homeowner's tendency to make art daily.

整体空间采用开放布局，通过隐藏式推拉门对客厅与餐厨区域进行灵活分割。界限的模糊与结构的可变性提升了空间的互动效率，使其能同时容纳家庭交流与聚会接待，强化了空间的日常兼容度。

The overall space adopts an open layout, and the living room and kitchen area are flexibly divided through a hidden sliding door. The fuzziness of the boundary and the variability of the structure improve the interactive efficiency of the space, so that it can accommodate family exchanges and party reception at the same time, and strengthen the daily compatibility of the space.

软装成为空间情绪的重要表达载体。圆形内凹吊顶与飞碟造型灯具构成视觉上的呼应，简约圆桌的设置结合复古餐椅和中古餐边柜，形成既统一又丰富的视觉结构，体现出屋主对细节层次的掌控力。

Soft clothing has become an important expression carrier of spatial emotion. The circular recessed ceiling and flying saucer shaped lamps and lanterns form a visual echo. The simple round table setting, combined with retro dining chairs and medieval side cabinets, forms a unified and rich visual structure, reflecting the owner's control over the level of detail.

餐厅延伸至厨房，中心岛台构建出功能核心。其四周集成了嵌入式电器、定制收纳及集成灶具，使用动线合理，储物与操作分布紧凑，既确保了空间使用的高效性，也展现出居住者对烹饪生活的积极投入。

The restaurant extends to the kitchen, and the central island forms the functional core. Embedded electrical appliances, customized storage and integrated cookers are integrated around it. The use of moving lines is reasonable, and the distribution of storage and operation is compact, which not only ensures the efficiency of space use, but also shows the residents' active investment in cooking life.

整体氛围通过光线的组织方式得以平衡。不同角度投射的光影在空间内构建过渡层次，使每一处都在变化中维持稳定节奏，让静谧与通透成为空间的主导特质。

The overall atmosphere is balanced by the way light is organized. The light and shadow projected from different angles build a transition level in the space, so that each place can maintain a stable rhythm in the change, and make quietness and transparency the dominant characteristics of the space.

主卧借助自然光线，形成结构上干净且明亮的休憩环境。整合卫浴与睡眠空间的套间式设计，搭配精简的家具语言与明晰的分区，既强化了功能流畅度，也提升了整体生活的舒适层级。

With the help of natural light, the master bedroom forms a structurally clean and bright rest environment. The suite design integrating bathroom and sleep space, combined with simplified furniture language and clear zoning, not only strengthens the functional fluency, but also improves the comfort level of the overall life.
