「封面解读」大口径超透镜:轻量化望远系统的新纪元:超透镜技术以其卓越的光场调控能力与极致的材质轻量化设计,正引领天文观测领域步入前所未有的高效与便携新时代,极大地推动了空间目标观测系统的轻量化进程。

「封底解读」智能光电MOS电容存储器:感光与系外行星探测技术:本研究基于二硒化铪(HfSe₂)材料体系开发了可重构光电金属-氧化物-半导体电容器(MOSCap)。该器件的可重构特性与多功能特性被应用于脉冲神经网络架构中,通过将其集成于漏积分-发放神经元模型,实现了基于光刺激动态调节神经元脉冲发放模式,并通过光强变化进行系外行星探测。
