佛得角共和国驻华大使阿林多·多罗萨里奥阁下：佛得共和国是非洲的一个岛国，由十个岛屿组成，目前已经��九个岛有居民定居。佛得角靠近西非海岸，距离塞内加尔500公里。我们国家主要盛产各种鱼类，海鲜，咖啡，酒，以及甘蔗，白兰地等。
Excellency Ambassador Arlindo do Rosário：Cabo Verde is an island country, made up of ten islands, nine of which are inhabited. It is located in the Atlantic Ocean, near the West coast of africa, about 500 km from Senegal. Cabo Verde's main products are fish and seafood, coffee, wine and sugar cane brandy.

By the end of 2025, Hainan Free Trade Port will achieve comprehensive closure. Have you ever been invited to Hainan Province? What kind of cooperation do you expect between the Republic of Cabo Verde and Hainan Province in the field of marine economy?
佛得角共和国驻华大使阿林多·多罗萨里奥阁下：我认为中国海南省和我们佛得角共和国有许多相似之处。都是海岛，海洋环境都具有丰富多样性特征，适宜捕鱼业，水产养殖业，沙滩旅游业发展。我们应该抓住这个契机，就蓝海经济和旅游等多领域展开积极深入交流与合作。旅游业助推经济发展，也是海南和佛得角共同的特点，我们双方应该在经济发展和生态可持续性方面展开深度合作。
Excellency Ambassador Arlindo do Rosário：Cabo Verde and Hainan have several similarities. Both regions have a rich and diverse marine environment, which offers significant opportunities for fishing, aquaculture and beach tourism. The tourism sector is one of the main drivers for the two economies. Both regions attract visitors for their natural beauty, pleasant climate and rich culture. These similarities can facilitate collaboration and exchange of experiences between Cabo Verde and Hainan, especially in the areas of economic of development & sustainability.

佛得角共和国驻华大使阿林多·多罗萨里奥阁下：佛得角民众都很喜欢鲜花，非常的友好和好客，所以佛得角吸引了大量的外来游客。因为佛得角国气候湿热，常年雨水较少，因此大家只在自家花园里少量栽种鲜花。我们佛得角国有一个岛叫布拉瓦岛，盛产鲜花，被誉为花岛！我很荣幸收到邀请参加菏泽国际牡丹大会，中国国花牡丹花象征真挚和平，平安康乐，富贵吉祥，是中国人民的最佳象征！
Excellency Ambassador Arlindo do Rosário：Yes, Cabo Verde is a very beautiful country, Cape Verdeans are friendly and welcoming, so Cabo Verde is very appealing to visit. The climate is dry tropical so, unfortunately, there is very little rain throughout the year. However, Cabo Verdeans like and cultivate flowers, especially in their gardens. There is an island, the island of Brava, where flowers are more abundant, which is why the island is known as the island of flowers. I have heard a lot about Peony, a flower that is very popular here in China. I know that she represents peace, health, wealth and prosperity. Yes, I would be very happy to participate in the 2025 WORLD PEONY CONFERENCE.

《Murphy Interviews》：2025 marks the 49th anniversary of bilabial relationahip between China & Republic of Cabo Verde. Our two countries have achieved fruitful results in cooperation in various fields by maintaing mutual trust & friendly cooperations. What’s your new year expectation in the coming China Year of Snake to deepen our relationship in economy, trade, infrastructure & health?
佛得角共和国驻华大使阿林多·多罗萨里奥阁下：是的，2026年将迎来中国与佛得角建交50周年伟大时刻。佛得角国总理席尔瓦率代表团一行，出席了2024年9月在北京举办的中非合作峰会，即代表中国与佛得角国双边关系上升至最高点。双边还将在2026年进一步提升战略合作级别。中国是佛得角共和国的主要合作伙伴。上周，1月22号，中国驻佛得角大使已经在佛得角同我国外交大臣签订新的十年合作谅解备忘录，主要就健康，教育，基础设施和安全等领域展开深度合作。我深信2025年中多友谊会进一步深化，尤其在2026年。
Excellency Ambassador Arlindo do Rosário：Cabo Verde and China after the China-Africa cooperation summit held in September 2024, in which Cape Verde was represented by the Prime Minister who headed an important government delegation, is working with China with a view to raising the level of cooperation to a partnership strategic. I believe that the agreement will be signed in 2026, which is the year in which Cape Verde celebrates its 50th anniversary of independence. On January 22, a new technical cooperation agreement was signed in Cabo Verde by the Chinese ambassador to Cape Verde and the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, covering important sectors such as health, education, infrastructure and security. I'm convenced that 2025 will be an excellent year that will mark the deepening of friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries and that China and Cabo Verde will celebrate with dignity next year, 2026, the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
