何银涛，北京人，大学专科。一九四五年生于北京衙门口村。
房地产经济师。
酷爱古文化。长期从事古文化收藏与研究工作，近二十年。国学大师，甲骨文专家。二O二二年出版《中国史前文字与甲骨文》一书。首次将三种中国史前文字，即红山文字，良渚文字及马家窖文字，向社会公之于众。书中用大量的史前实物证明，中国的史前文明是不容置疑的。
何银涛先生热爱古文化，自学甲骨文八年。近些年又从事甲骨文书法创作。组建《中国甲骨文书法工作室》.硏究中国的甲骨文，特别是甲骨文的书法创作。引起社会的广泛关注。
二0二四年建国七十五周年之际，何银涛先生被授予：

He Yintao, a native of Beijing, has a college degree. He was born in 1945 in Yamenkou Village, Beijing. He is a real estate economist.
He Yintao is passionate about ancient culture and has been engaged in the collection and research of ancient culture for nearly two decades. He is a master of Sinology and an expert in oracle bone . In 2022, he published the book "Prehistoric Chinese Writing and Oracle Bone Script", which was the first to introduce three types of prehistoric Chinese writing, namely the Hongshan script, the Liangzhu script, and the Majiayao script, to the public. The book uses a large number of prehistoric artifacts to prove that China's prehistoric civilization is beyond doubt.
He Yintao has been self-studying oracle bone script for eight years and has been engaged in the creation of oracle bone script calligraphy in recent years. He established the "China Oracle Bone Script Calligraphy Studio" to study Chinese oracle bone script, especially its calligraphy creation, which has attracted widespread attention from society.
In 2024, on the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, He Yintao was awarded the honorary titles of "National Gift Artist" and "Outstanding Figure in Chinese Art".
His calligraphy works have been made into large commemorative albums known as "National Business Cards" and have been spread on Baidu. Some media websites have also made special video features of his oracle bone script calligraphy works and played them on various websites.
