全球微型逆变器行业风云变幻,国产核心零部件替代大潮暗涌。


12月18日,在“2024年全球光储能源暨微逆&微储全场景应用峰会”上,来自屹晶微电子的解金军透露,相比Enphase,公司的单级DAB拓扑方案不仅实现了工艺优化升级,器件选型方面也做了大幅度降本,更适合大批量生产。


屹晶微电子成立于2007年,距今18个年头,已经成长为中国电源管理行业的旗帜性企业。公司专注于模拟电源、数字电源、高压驱动、电机控制等芯片及电源方案设计、销售与服务,产品应用涵盖光伏、储能、工业电源、工业控制、电机控制、新能源、家电等诸多领域。

国产替代大提速


对于微逆行业来说,2024年是非常特殊的一年。


以Enphase销量断崖式下滑为标志,行业告别了以往一家独大的格局,从而进入百花齐放的时代。清晰可见的是,在全球微逆需求持续高涨的大背景下,更多有实力的中国品牌和供应链企业,正在逐步接管这一市场。


潮电智库从光储产业链处了解,目前储能逆变器的核心器件生产成本较为平均,最高不超过15%,其中IGBT、电源管理IC、MOSFET、MCU主控等器件数量多且占比高。
略显尴尬的是,在微逆的供应链条中,中国力量还显得较为薄弱,其中超过七成的核心器件市场仍由安森美、英飞凌等外企主导。

潮电智库分析预测,以往微逆风口红利集中,市场快速膨胀让产品成本过高的弊端并未充分体现。经历近两年理性的去库存期,以及供应链群体在技术端的沉淀和突破,微逆组件全面国产替代进程已经提速,而且未来空间非常巨大。


此外,有深圳某品牌储能厂商高管直言,“目前微逆的销量主要在欧美,考虑到地缘局势和国际贸易摩擦因素,在IGBT、MCU主控、电源管理等芯片供应方面,我们其实也担心被海外卡脖子。”


作为微逆的关键部件,电源管理芯片的优劣,对产品性能及可靠性有着十分重大的影响。


公开统计数据显示,目前电源管理芯片市场主要由欧美企业主导,其占比超过80%。不过在国家政策支持下,屹晶微等本土电源管理芯片设计企业已快速崛起,整体技术水平呈现赶超之势。特别在中小功率段的光储领域,国产集成电路对进口的替代效应明显。


解金军理性的认为,国产替代仅仅只是第一步,屹晶微会继续深耕电源管理领域,紧跟行业前沿技术。“只有不断迭代创新,为客户提供更高价值的专业产品和解决方案服务,才能持续提升竞争力。”


屹晶微“芯”突破


磨剑多年,解金军对屹晶微自主研发的单级DAB拓扑方案非常自信。


据他介绍,相比现在的单级交错反激拓扑、两极LC+H4拓扑等市场主流微逆方案,DAB拓扑方案具备开关器件数量少,功率密度高;容易实现软开关提升效率;变频移相控制策略;适应光伏输入宽电压范围等多方面的优势,非常适合应用于新型微型逆变器产品。


“无论是最重要的功效表现还是成本控制,可以说单级DAB拓扑方案是为微逆而生。”
值得注意的是,目前仍是全球微逆市场带头大哥的Enphase也是采用单级DAB拓扑方案。不过在多位技术专家看来,Enphase主控芯片的性能和控制精度要求比较高,而且器件成本高,工艺复杂,整体性价比并不及屹晶微。


基于研发团队人员在电源技术领域的多年积累,屹晶微在两年前顺势切入微逆赛道,经过前期扎实的布局运营,至今已实现一拖一400/500W的微逆量产交货,而且一拖二800W规格的新品预计在2025年上半年发布。

“一年一新品”的迭代速度,不仅领先于行业平均水平,而且均通过了CE、欧洲各国并网认证。屹晶微产品优异的性能表现,更是得到了海内外知名品牌、国际贸易商等多家量产客户的高度肯定,预计后续月出货量在2万台左右。


以一拖一400/500W的微逆来说,产品非常适用于阳台光伏、微储、住宅、商业等多样化场景,峰值效率高达97%;得益于良好的散热效率,以及塑料外壳轻量化,非常便于安装;还能实现远程智能监控,可以通过手机APP修改微逆的最大输出功率,避免发电浪费。


解金军特别强调,“屹晶微目前已经战略联盟了产业链上下游优秀的供应商伙伴,可根据微逆客户的不同需求,提供定制化解决方案、ODM代工服务、OEM代工服务三种合作方式,以高品质全面为客户赋能。”

Marked by the cliff-like decline in Enphase's sales volume, the industry has bid farewell to the previous pattern of a single dominant player and entered an era of blooming. It is clearly visible that under the background of the continuous high demand for micro inverters globally, more powerful Chinese brands and supply chain enterprises are gradually taking over this market.


Chaodian Think Tank learned from the optical storage industry chain that at present, the production cost of the core devices of energy storage inverters is relatively average, with the highest not exceeding 15%, among which the number of devices such as IGBT, power management IC, MOSFET and MCU master control is large and the proportion is high.


Somewhat embarrassingly, in the supply chain of micro inverters, the Chinese force is still relatively weak, and more than 70% of the core device market is still dominated by foreign companies such as ON Semiconductor and Infineon.

In addition, an executive of a certain brand energy storage manufacturer in Shenzhen said bluntly, "At present, the sales volume of micro inverters is mainly in Europe and the United States. Considering the geographical situation and international trade friction factors, in terms of the supply of chips such as IGBT, MCU master control and power management, we are actually also worried about being choked by overseas."


As a key component of micro inverters, the quality of power management chips has a very significant impact on product performance and reliability.


Public statistical data shows that at present, the power management chip market is mainly dominated by European and American enterprises, accounting for more than 80%. However, with the support of national policies, local power management chip design enterprises such as EGmicro have risen rapidly, and the overall technical level shows a trend of catching up and surpassing. Especially in the optical storage field of small and medium power sections, the substitution effect of domestic integrated circuits for imports is obvious.

"Chip" Breakthrough of EGmicro


After years of hard work, Xie Jinjun is very confident in the single-stage DAB topology scheme independently developed by EGmicro.


According to him, compared with the current market mainstream micro inverter schemes such as single-stage interleaved flyback topology and two-stage LC+H4 topology, the DAB topology scheme has the advantages of a small number of switching devices, high power density, easy realization of soft switching to improve efficiency, variable frequency phase shift control strategy, and adaptation to a wide voltage range of photovoltaic input. It is very suitable for application in new micro inverter products.


"Whether it is the most important performance or cost control, it can be said that the single-stage DAB topology scheme is born for micro inverters."


It is worth noting that Enphase, which is still the leading player in the global micro inverter market, also adopts the single-stage DAB topology scheme. However, in the view of many technical experts, the performance and control accuracy requirements of Enphase's master control chip are relatively high, and the device cost is high and the process is complex. The overall cost performance is not as good as that of EGmicro.


Based on the years of accumulation of the R & D team members in the field of power technology, EGmicro cut into the micro inverter track two years ago. After the solid layout and operation in the early stage, it has achieved the mass production and delivery of 400/500W micro inverters with one drag one, and the new product of 800W specification with one drag two is expected to be released in the first half of 2025.


The iteration speed of "one new product a year" not only leads the industry average level, but also has passed the CE and grid connection certifications of various European countries. The excellent performance of EGmicro's products has been highly recognized by many mass production customers at home and abroad, such as well-known brands and international traders. It is expected that the subsequent monthly shipment volume will be about 20,000 units.


Taking the 400/500W micro inverter with one drag one as an example, the product is very suitable for various scenarios such as balcony photovoltaic, micro storage, residential and commercial. The peak efficiency is as high as 97%. Thanks to the good heat dissipation efficiency and the light weight of the plastic shell, it is very convenient to install. It can also realize remote intelligent monitoring and the maximum output power of the micro inverter can be modified through the mobile APP to avoid power generation waste.
