Equipment Maintenance
01 PUR清洗剂 PUR cleaning agent
倒入3公斤PUR清洗剂（或空桶四分之一量）至PUR空桶中。
Pour 3 kilograms of PUR cleaning agent (or one-quarter of an empty bucket) into an empty PUR bucket.
02 密封圈抹油 Lubricate sealing rings
压盘密封圈用高温油均匀涂抹。
Evenly apply high-temperature oil to the sealing ring of the pressure plate.
03 压盘、胶管、胶锅加温 Heating
1、打胶机将压盘、胶管启动加温，设置温度为150°；
Start heating up the pressure plate and glue pipe using a glue machine, setting the temperature to 150°;
2、封边机打开胶锅加温。
Turn on the edge banding machine to heat up the glue pot.
04 压盘下压 Press down on the pressure plate
1、打开排气阀；
Open the exhaust valve;
2、按下下降按钮，使压盘缓慢下降至桶底；
Press down on the descent button to slowly lower the pressure plate to the bottom of the bucket;
3、关闭排气阀。
Close the exhaust valve.
05 清洗排气阀 Clean exhaust valve
等待十分钟加温融化清洗剂，打开排气阀，待清洗剂流出后关闭。
Wait for ten minutes for heating and melting of cleaning agent; open exhaust valve and close it after cleaning agent flows out.
06 清洁启动 Cleaning startup
开启打胶模式，等胶锅把PUR胶全部排出直至排出液体变为全部蓝色，完成PUR胶清洗。
Turn on glue application mode; wait for all PUR glue in glue pot to be expelled until liquid turns completely blue, completing PUR glue cleaning process.
07 过滤器积水排空 Drain the filter
按压底部排水口边缘（按压切勿完全挡住排水口），压缩空气将积水带出。
Press down on edges of bottom drainage outlet (pressing should not completely block drainage outlet), using compressed air to expel accumulated water outwards.
08 关机断电 Power off
将设备通电开关旋钮拧至“OFF”，打下接电源位置的总开关。
Turn off equipment power switch knob to "OFF" and switch off main power supply at connection point.
09 设备清洁 Equipment cleaning
停机后用吸尘器或气枪清理工作台和各部件机构，并用抹布擦拭油污。
After stopping work, use a vacuum cleaner or air gun to clean workbench and various components; wipe off any oil stains with a cloth.
10 电柜清洁 Electrical cabinet cleaning
使用吸尘器清理电柜中的灰，电柜灰尘清理完毕放置干燥剂（注：禁止用气枪清理）。
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from inside electrical.
11 接口防尘处理 Dustproof treatment for interfaces
拆卸PUR管道、气管，使用保护膜将接口处包裹。
Disassemble PUR pipes and air hoses; wrap interface areas with protective film.
12 设备保护罩包装 Equipment protection cover
设备保养完成之后，建议使用防潮袋，拉伸膜将设备包装好，防尘防潮。
After completing equipment maintenance, it is recommended that moisture-proof bags and stretch film be used for packaging against dust/moisture ingress.
