APLUX and Ti5 Robot jointly announced the humanoid robot solution empowered by on-device generative AI, and will debut Ultra Magnus, the humanoid robot solution, at CES 2025.
Qualcomm Technologies’ QCS8550 processor empowers the humanoid robot with powerful computing, sensing, decision-making and execution capabilities, which enhanced the versatility and ubiquity, and enable the robot to interact in real time and perform tasks efficiently and stably in a variety of complex environments.
The collaboration aims to build a highly integrated and cost-effective edge AI solutions for humanoid robots, and further drive the innovation and development of the embodied intelligence industry.
At the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025, APLUX will release a humanoid robot prototype called Ultra Magnus. APLUX's fusion architecture operating system and edge AI technologies, combined with Qualcomm® QCS8550 processor provides comprehensive support to motion control, perception, decision-making, and voice interaction, and Ti5 Robot's joint-module products and motion control algorithms, to deliver the humanoid robot solution.
By integrating the technology advantages of all companies, the solution carries out natural voice interaction and user intent understanding based on on-device large language model (LLM) technology, while incorporating visual perception technology to carry out motion control and operation planning for the robot, ultimately realizing functions for diversified scenarios to effectively enhance the innovative applications and practical effectiveness of humanoid robots in various commercial environments.
