The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized the need to uphold a new development philosophy as the guiding principle for progress. This has served as a call to action and a comprehensive deployment for energy enterprises to seize the momentum, sustian our efforts and continuously advance the green and low carbon transformation of economic and social development in a solid and in depth manner.

党的二十届四中全会强调要坚持以新发展理念引领发展，对能源企业乘势而上、接续奋斗，不断推动经济社会绿色低碳发展走深走实发出了动员令、作出了总部署。

In the next five years, our company will make high quality development as a primary task. We'll advance the construction of 10 major pumped storage projects with a total investment of approximately RMB 80 billion and a combined capacity of 12 million kilowatts.

未来五年，南网储能公司将聚焦高质量发展这一首要任务，同时推进总投资约800亿元、总规模1200万千瓦的10个抽水蓄能工程建设。

We also expect to cotribute approximately RMB 160 billion to urban and rural GDP growth, while creating employment opportunities for over 50,000 industrial workers.

项目建设预计带动城乡GDP增长约1600亿元，为5万余名产业工人就业提供宽广平台。

By transferring the Greater Bay Area’s expertise in pumped storage technology management and talent to western regions like Guangxi, Yunnan and Guizhou, we aim to foster regional synergy. These future products will enable an additional 26 billion kilowatts of clean energy consumption annually, powering green transformation of economic and social development.

同时将粤港澳大湾区抽水蓄能技术管理经验和人才资源优势向广西、云南、贵州等西部地区输送，促进区域协调发展。全部项目建成后每年可新增消纳260亿千瓦时清洁能源，为经济社会发展全面绿色转型提供助力保障。
