Firstly, we should list all the case information in the Excel format and keep it updated in the period of litigation until it has been enforced. what is worthy to mention is that we should establish a habit to keep effective contact with the court, maybe once a week, would be better. On the one hand, it would help you leave a good expression to the court that you cared so much about this case. On the other hand, you won’t probably miss the important information of this case in avoid of breaking the interests of your clients. Thirdly, you shall handle the basic skills to communicate with the court well, otherwise you are wasting time of both parties. The most important rule to communicate with the court is keeping professional, as the lawyer is a high identification libel, keeping expert with the legal knowledge is so necessary and fatal.
