Recently, the inauguration ceremony of the first Chinese Culture Experience Camp for Global Students in Jinan took place at the Jinan Confucian Temple.

近日，济南市首届全球学子中华文化体验营启动仪式在济南府学文庙举行。

Thirty-three international students from countries including the United States, Japan, Korea, as well as regions like Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, gathered in Jinan to jointly learn about the excellent traditional Chinese culture, visit famous sites in Jinan, and experience the charm of this 4,000-year-old city.

来自美国、日本、韩国等国家以及中国台湾、香港、澳门的33名济南安生外籍学子，前往共同学习中华优秀传统文化，游览济南名胜，感受这座4000年文明古城的魅力。

At the event, the international students witnessed the official release of the "Spring Exchange" themed logo for the first Chinese Culture Experience Camp for Global Students in Jinan.

活动现场，外籍学子见证了“泉交流”济南市首届全球学子中华文化体验营主题LOGO的正式发布。

They also participated in traditional cultural activities such as a master-apprentice ceremony and rubbing stones at the Confucian Temple's Dragon Gate Stele.

他们还到府学文庙进行了拜师礼、拓印龙门石碑等充满传统文化魅力的活动。

The rich cultural atmosphere enveloped the international students, allowing them to personally experience the unique allure of Chinese culture.

现场，浓厚的文化氛围将外籍学生包围，让他们在亲身体验中感受“中国式”的文化魅力。

This not only fostered their respect and enthusiasm for outstanding traditional Chinese culture but also helped them understand the importance of gratitude, propriety, respect for teachers, and the value of education, making them inheritors of excellent traditional culture.

同时，培养了他们对于中华优秀传统文化的尊重和热情，也让他们明白感恩、知礼、尊师、重教的道理，成为优秀传统文化的传承者。

The international students also visited the Lao She Memorial Hall and Chaoran Tower by Da Ming Lake, where they embarked on an immersive tour of this "famous historical and cultural tower of China."

外籍学子还来到大明湖的老舍纪念馆和超然楼，在这里，他们开启了另一种玩法，对这座“中国历史文化名楼”进行了沉浸式的游览。

During lunchtime, a genuine local cuisine satisfied the students' taste buds, they all expressed their love for Chinese food.

午餐时间，一顿地道的鲁菜满足了学生们的味蕾，他们竖起大拇指，表达对中华美食的热爱。

In the afternoon, they arrived at the Shandong Linuo Intelligence Park and marveled at the profoundness of traditional Chinese medicine culture at the Hongjitang Museum.

下午，他们到达山东力诺智慧园，在宏济堂博物馆领略中医药文化的博大精深。

At the closing ceremony, David Andrew Dee, Principal of Jinan Thomas International School remarked--

闭营式上，济南市托马斯外籍人员子女学校执行校长David Andrew Dee表示——

"How fortunate it is to walk through the streets and alleys of Jinan with my students, deeply perceiving and experiencing Chinese culture and cuisine. This is a rare opportunity for exchange and learning."

“何其幸运，能和学生们一起步行在济南的大街小巷，深切感知、体验中国文化和中华美食。这是一次难得的交流和学习机会。”

He expressed his hope that more such exchange activities would take place, enabling more international students to become "Jinan Cultural Exchange Ambassadors."
