法国ACC公司，全称Automotive Cells Company SE，成立于2020年6月，作为欧洲能源转型浪潮中的标杆企业，由Stellantis集团、梅赛德斯-奔驰及道达尔能源三大巨头联合注资成立，专注于高能量密度电动汽车电池的研发与制造。其股东背景与战略定位，使其成为欧洲新能源汽车产业链中极具影响力的关键角色。

Recently, MANST Europe GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MANST, signed a sales contract with Automotive Cells Company SE (hereinafter referred to as “ACC”), a famous power battery manufacturer in Europe, to provide core products and technological solutions, such as coating die bodies, spare parts and maintenance services.
