Spare parts will be on their way from Kunming to Liupanshui today, according to Mr. Wang, the owner of the garage in Liupanshui which our car was towed to, and the car won’t be ready until tomorrow, so we have to lump it and stick around in China’s Liangdu - capital of cool - for a whole day.

昨天车被拖至六盘水一修车行。王老板说件儿今日昆明发货，车明天修上，所以我们只能在拥有"中国凉都"称号的六盘水再闲呆一天了。

The balls of billiards are more tempting to Yunduo’er than the morning buffet, especially when there are other kids around. Yunduo’er and I walk off the meal with a stroll around among the hotel’s buildings in an expansive sectioned off courtyard following the lie of the land. It was very late when we checked into Jiangshan Villas Holiday Hotel last night. The room is commodious but we find it doesn’t let in enough sunlight this morning, which isn’t to our liking. We don’t need that 60sqm; a 30-40sqm one just does the trick, so today trading off space for more shafts of sunlight to be streaming in, we move to a room on the higher floor also with a grassy courtyard. Yunduo’er instantly warms to the lighting arrangement of the place.

对比早自助，桌球的球对云朵儿更有吸引力，尤其还有别的小朋友在时。姜山别墅度假酒店的分区大院子和建筑依地势摊开。吃饱了，我带着云朵儿各处走走，算是消食儿。昨晚入住晚。那房间很大，不过上午发现采光不好，不喜欢。不需要60平米那么大，有个30-40平米就够了。于是空间换采光，搬到高层也带个草花园的房间。云朵儿立刻喜欢上了房间里的灯光设计。

As dusk is gathering, Yunduo’er collects a bunch of wild plants by the nearby lake Longchi dully reflecting the surrounding hills and buildings. After going back, Yunduo’er slips the stalks into a bottle with water and fusses over the plants. At night, Yunduo’er shows again how her mind is buzzing with ideas. “This is your room, and this is your WiFi”, she explains. Having been away from home for half a month, the hotel expert draws a WiFi icon and writes an imaginary room number on a bit of paper and sticks it to the door of a cabinet.

临近黄昏，附近山峦建筑朦胧地映照在龙池水面之上。云朵儿旁边采野花。回到酒店，云朵儿将野花插在水瓶，悉心呵护。晚上，云朵儿再次展现了她那天天主意汹涌的内心世界。离家半个月了，云朵儿对酒店早已门儿清，知道酒店有无线网，于是在小纸片儿上画出无线网标志、写上自编房号贴在柜门上说，“这是你的房间，这是你的无线网。”
