A South Korean court issued a warrant to detain Kim Keon-hee, wife of former president Yoon Suk-yeol who has been kept in custody on insurrection and other charges, a special counsel team said Tuesday night.

据韩联社报道，首尔中央地方法院12日白天对金建希进行了约4个小时的逮捕前讯问、即逮捕必要性审查，于当天深夜签发逮捕令，理由是“担心（嫌疑人）销毁证据”。金建希在讯问结束后被送至首尔南部拘留所，法院批捕后，被当场收押。

“金建希特检组”7日以涉嫌违反《资本市场法》《政治资金法》《特定犯罪加重处罚法》为由提请法院批捕金建希。

The Seoul Central District Court issued the warrant, requested by independent counsel Min Joong-ki, on charges of violating the capital market act, the political funds act and a law on the acceptance of bribes for mediation, saying that the move aimed to prevent Kim from destroying evidence.

Kim was jailed in the Seoul Southern Detention Center in Seoul, where she had been awaiting the court's decision after attending the court hearing on her detention.

韩国媒体报道，这是韩国宪政史上首次出现前总统夫妇同时被羁押的情况。尹锡悦因涉及内乱罪相关嫌疑，于7月10日被逮捕，羁押在首尔拘留所。

It marked the first time in the country's constitutional history that an ex-presidential couple was simultaneously brought into custody.

Yoon has been held at a separate detention center since July 10 on insurrection charges over his short-lived martial law imposition last December.

检方指控金建希在德意志汽车公司前会长2009年至2012年指示操盘手操纵股价的过程中为其提供资金支持。金建希还涉嫌干预公职选举等。
