In the surging waves of global technological innovation, a unique workshop on intellectual property in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area awaits your participation. Designed to foster cross-regional collaboration, this program serves as a bridge uniting young talents from the global community to explore intellectual property and entrepreneurial innovation. This program will deliver professional lectures and organize field visits centered on key fields such as artificial intelligence, high-end manufacturing, low-altitude economy, short-video economy, and geographical indications. During this program, participants will not only gain insight into cutting-edge professional knowledge, but also have the opportunity to visit the leading technology enterprises, and institutions related to IPR in the Greater Bay Area. These experiences will help participants understand how enterprises leverage intellectual property to transform creative ideas into tangible innovations. Program Timeline: The program will take place from July 13 to July 21, 2025. Participants are expected to arrive and complete registration on July 13. The opening ceremony will be held on the morning of July 14, and the closing ceremony will take place on the afternoon of July 21. Between these dates, a total of 28 teaching hours will be scheduled, including on-campus lectures and off-campus visits.

面向全球招生，参加人员包括但不限于大学学生、律所律师、知识产权代理机构专业人员、青年创业人员等。
The program is open for enrollment worldwide. Ideal applicants may include, but are not limited to: undergraduate or graduate students, legal professionals (e.g., lawyers, IP agents), young entrepreneurs, startup founders or other professionals in the field of Intellectual Property.

活动设置
Program Components
校内授课：由国内外知名高校教师以及大型科技型企业法务经理或资深律师以专题讲座的形式在暨南大学校内进行授课，共14课时。
On-Campus Lectures: Delivered by professors from prestigious domestic and international universities, legal experts from major tech companies, and senior lawyers, in the form of thematic lectures at Jinan University. The total class hours amount to 14.
校外调研及现场教学：计划安排7次外出交流和现场学习，其中包括广州、深圳和珠海的知识产权管理部门、大型科技型企业等，共14课时。
Off-campus Visits: Seven guided visits to intellectual property administrative departments, and large tech companies in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Zhuhai. The total class hours amount to 14.

收费或补贴标准
Fees & Financial Support
本活动为公益性活动，不收取学费。除研习营学员往来广东的交通费用、办理相关签证费用和医疗险费用由学员自付之外，学员在研习营期间食宿、外出交流费用、意外险等均由本项目经费承担。
This is a non-profit program, and no tuition fee is charged. Participants are responsible for covering their own transportation to and from Guangdong, visa fees, and medical insurance premiums. Expenses on lodging, meals, off-campus’s visits and accident insurance during the program period will be covered by the organizer.

活动结束后将为每位学员颁发“研习营结业证书”，证书由广东省市场监督管理局和暨南大学共同盖章。
Participants who complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion, co-issued by the Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation and Jinan University.

保险与体检
Insurance and Medical Examination
根据中国教育部的规定，参与线下课程的学员须本人在中国购买医疗保险，保险有效期需覆盖整个学习期间。承办单位将在9天的活动期间为每位学员购买意外险，其中可以涵盖意外事故的医疗支出。其他的医疗保险由学员自行购买。
Participants in traditional offline classroom courses are required to have medical insurance in China, covering the whole duration of study, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China. The organizer will purchase accident insurance for each participant during the 9-day workshop. Medical insurance shall be purchased by the participants themselves.
学员需在报到时出示健康证明。
Each participants will be required to present a medical certificate upon arrival.

项目组将在报名截止后对申请材料进行统一审核，拟于2025年6月30日前通过电子邮件通知录取结果，并在暨南大学法学院/知识产权学院官方网站公布录取学员名单。请确保填写的联系方式准确无误，并留意查收相关邮件信息。
Applications will be reviewed after the application deadline. Admission results will be announced by June 30, 2025, via email. Final participant list will also be posted on the official website of the Law School/ Intellectual Property School of Jinan University. 2015年国家知识产权局、国务院侨办、广东省人民政府、广州市人民政府决定以“部部省市”共建的方式，共同投资在暨南大学建立知识产权大楼和广州知识产权人才基地。知识产权大楼共15层，大楼用房面积为16350㎡，信息设施配套用房面积8156㎡，整体已于2023年投入使用。广州知识产权人才基地旨在培养和培训全科型、复合型、高端型知识产权人才，为企业和社会提供全方位、多层次、一站式知识产权研发、应用、政策引导和社会服务，为国家和政府提供知识产权智库的理论研究和政策支持。
In 2015, the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, and the People's Government of Guangdong Province and the People’s Government of Guangzhou Municipality jointly invested to construct the Intellectual Property Building and establish the Guangzhou IP Talent Base at Jinan University. The 15-story building, with a total area of 16,350 m² and 8,156 m² dedicated to information facilities, was fully operational in 2023. This training base aims to cultivate versatile, high-end IP professionals and provide comprehensive IP-related services, including research, training, and policy development.
同时，暨南大学也具有培养国际人才的经验。暨南大学是我国华侨最高学府，生源来自五洲四海。法学院/知识产权学院目前有全日制学生1410人，其中在校港澳台侨学生达到514人，学院还与英国、美国、法国、加拿大、澳大利亚、俄罗斯、新加坡、荷兰等国家的数十所高校建立有广泛的国际合作与交流渠道，形成了覆盖本科及研究生教育的国际化培养体系，展现出鲜明的多元文化特色和国际化办学优势。
