The Third Session of the 13th Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was convened at the People's Hall of Hunan Province on the morning of January 13, 2025. It will last for four and a half days. There should have been 741 members at the meeting, with 709 members present. The number of attendants constitutes the quorum.

Mao Wanchun made a work report on behalf of the Standing Committee of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee. The report comprehensively reviewed and summarized the main achievements of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee in 2024.

- Listening to the work report delivered by Comrade Zhang Zhuohua on behalf of the Standing Committee of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee on the work of proposals since the Second Session of the 13th CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee;

- Comrade Xiao Bailing announced the notification of outstanding proposals; and,

- Speeches given by CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee members.
