The production process of Fu tea is very meticulous.
把茶叶用大刀剁成小块
First, chop the tea leaves into small pieces with a big knife,
筛选出合适的大小
select the leaves of appropriate size,
然后放入锅内翻炒
and fry them in a pot.
炒至茶叶变软
Ntil the tea leaves become soft.
将茶铲出锅外放入模具中进行筑茶
Then, scoop the tealeaves out of the pot and
place them in a mold for shaping.
最后把茯茶放入发花房进行一个月的发花
Finally, put the well-shaped Fu tea into a special room
for one month waiting for the growth of the golden flowers.
