没有！这是一项全年开放的活动！你可以随时投稿，我们将在年底评选出年度优秀作品，颁发奖项和荣誉证书，并提供展播机会。灵感随时都可能出现，所以不用担心时间问题，只要有好的点子，就赶快开拍吧！

No! This is an ongoing year-round activity. We will evaluate and award outstanding works at the year's end, with certificates, prizes, and display opportunities. Inspiration can strike anytime, so don’t worry about deadlines—just start filming when the ideas flow!

视频需符合以下技术规范：

横屏、竖屏皆可

格式：MPG、MPEG、AVI、MOV、WMV、MP4等

分辨率：1080P及以上

时长：8分钟以内

参赛作品画面干净，不带角标、台标、水印或其他标识。

符合以上要求的作品会更方便后期展播哦！

Submitted videos must meet the following technical specifications:

Orientation: Both portrait and landscape patterns are accepted

Formats: MPG, MPEG, AVI, MOV, WMV, MP4, etc.

Resolution: 1080P or higher

Length: Up to 8 minutes

Clean visuals: No logos, watermarks, or identifiers.

Videos adhering to these guidelines will be more suitable for post-production display.

作品语言不限！不过，如果使用中、英以外的语言，请务必添加中文或英文字幕/配音，这样不仅可以让更多人看懂，还能更好地传播你的创意！

5：投稿视频的体裁有无限制？

肖像权需获得授权

创意必须原创，禁止抄袭

版权清晰不仅是对创作者自身的保护，也能确保作品顺利展播，帮助你赢得更多观众！

This is crucial! Your work must be free of copyright disputes, including:

Legal use of visuals, music, fonts, etc.

Proper authorization for portrait rights.

Original content—plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

7：投稿后，作品会如何使用？

How will submitted works be used?

投稿即表示你授权浙江省国际传播中心用于活动宣传及作品展播。

获奖作品：传播权及改编权归主办方所有，双方会签署正式授权协议。
你的作品有机会通过印象浙江英文网、潮新闻英文频道、ZICC公众号、视频号以及海外主流社交媒体平台等多个平台展播，让更多人看到浙江的故事！

An entry of your work implies authorization for ZICC to use the content for promotional purposes.

Award-winning works: The organizer retains broadcasting and adaptation rights under a formal authorization agreement.

Your work could be showcased on platforms like official website of ZICC (http://inzhejiang.com/), English channel of Tide News, ZICC WeChat channel and overseas social media matrix of ZICC, sharing stories of Zhejiang worldwide!
