2025第二十三届中国长春净月潭瓦萨国际滑雪节赛道全程长25公里，50公里组需滑行赛道两圈方可完成比赛。

比赛当天如何进入园区?
所有参赛人员请于1月4日08:00前到达指定赛事酒店，乘坐组委会大巴车入园，乘车安排请于1月3日，签到时查询。

注意事项？
环保规则：净月潭为国家AAAAA级景区，请各位参赛人员配合保护园区环境，并保持卫生。请在补给站指定的区域内丢弃垃圾。补给站位置分布：1 (比赛起点&终点)、 2 (5.8km) 、3 (13.8km) 、4 (18.8km) 、5 (25公里第二圈通过点)。补给站提供香蕉、巧克力、小面包、柠檬水（热饮）、蓝莓汁（热饮）等。存包区：组委会在比赛现场设置存衣区，选手可寄存个人物品（手机、钱包等贵重物品请谨慎寄存），赛后请凭您的号码背心在指定区域领取您的存包。更衣车：组委会在比赛现场设置更衣车，选手可在对应车辆上更换衣物。比赛的关门时间是？
25公里及50公里组关门时间为16:05，6小时内完赛即可获得完赛奖牌。为保证参赛运动员比赛安全、顺利，比赛路线各段专设了赛事关门时间，到了关门时间，相应路段将恢复社会交通。在规定关门时间外，未完成对应距离的参赛选手须停止比赛。我在哪里能够查询到我的成绩？
查询成绩：在赛事官网（www.vasaloppetchina.com）即可查询成绩、下载完赛证书。比赛成绩预计在赛后24小时内上传。
如果我在赛事途中迷路了或者意外受伤，我应该联系谁?
在赛事期间，我们的救援应急电话：13019206834, 为以防万一，您可以在比赛期间携带移动电话。如遇紧急情况请求助工作人员或志愿者。
完赛奖牌
本届滑雪节沿用了以往圆形的外观设计，寓意着“超越国界，全球一家亲”的美好愿景。奖牌中间是一个可以转动的雪花图案，上面刻有数字“23”和滑雪运动员的形象，既体现了赛事的主题和年份，又展现了滑雪运动的灵动与美感。

我如何到达竞赛办公室领取我的参赛包？
交通指南如何抵达净月潭国家级风景名胜区滑雪场：
坐飞机来参赛的小伙伴，你们可以选择以下方式到达净月潭滑雪场：①乘坐机场大巴（25元，用时40分钟）到达会展中心站，在会展中心轻轨站乘坐轻轨三号线（长影世纪城方向）（2元，用时15分钟）到达滑雪场站。②在机场乘坐城际高铁：龙嘉机场--长春站，二等座票价8.5元，15分钟就可以到达长春站。然后在长春站南广场乘坐轻轨3号线，约45分钟，到达滑雪场站，票价4元。③打车。到达净月潭公园大约38公里，约100元以内。
坐火车或高铁或动车的小伙伴：在长春站北广场地下交通枢纽处乘坐轻轨四号线，在卫星路站站内换乘轻轨三号线至滑雪场站，可以到达净月潭国家级风景名胜区滑雪场。
开车来的小伙伴：建议您在净月口出高速，然后再往东南方向行驶6公里就可以到达净月滑雪场。

Please show your passport when picking your race bag up. If you’re someone’s agent, you should prepare: your passport, his/her passport (or copy), and sign the disclaimer for him/her.
Materials of the race bag:
One Number bib , clothing-deposit bag, participant event brochure, timing chip(2), ski stickers(2). souvenir bag, tourism map of Changchun, stamps philatelic book. “We meet in Changchun” travel book.

Track Map
The track of the Vasaloppet China 2025 is 25 KM long. The 50 KM distance group need to ski 2 laps.
Note: Due to the Weather，the organizing Committee made a little change at several part of the track, please check this page clearly.

How to enter the park on Jan 4th?All participants must arrive at the Sheraton Hotel and take the skier bus to enter the park on January 4th at 08:30.Any question please contact：+86 18243053892
Notice
1. Environmental regulation: Please don’t litter in the park, we are for the Leave No Trace Race. Please throw the rubbish into some designated location.
2. Drinking station: will provide warm water with lemon, energydrinks, Blueberry juice, banana, bread, choclate, etc. Drinking station 1 (Start&Finish Line)、 2 (5.8km) 、3 (13.8km) 、4 (18.8km) 、5 (25km of second lap).
3. Deposit area: You can find the deposit area near the arena. Participants can deposit your personal things but no cell-phone, wallet and other valuables (at your own risk). After race, please pick up your deposit with your bibs.
Don't leave it at the start area before the race, please give your deposit clothes to the volunteers , or you will lost it . After race, you can get it back at deposit area.
4. Clothes Changing Bus: There will be two buses stop at the arena for changing clothes , and participants could change clothes on the buses.
When will the race finish?
25KM and 50KM will finish at 16:05, in order to get the medal, the race should be finished in 6 hours.
In order to keep all the participants safe and the race be smooth. There is different closing time in some particular points. When the time comes some points will return to regular road the ski track will be removed. The participant, who didn’t finish the race on time would be interrupt from the race, forced to give up the race in order to make sure everyone is save.

Where can I find my race result?
Searching for the result: Please check on our official website (www.vasaloppetchina.com) to download the Certificate of completion. If there are some problem with downloads, please email us : gloria.guo@nordicways.com.
If I’m injured or lost during the race, what should I do?
There’ll be emergency service with trained doctors and volunteers along the track. The emergency call is 18243053892. Participants should take a cell phone with them. Please contact staff and volunteer you meet.
