生物活性:5'-Methylthioadenosine (5'-(Methylthio)-5'-deoxyadenosine) 是多胺合成过程中由 S-腺苷甲硫氨酸 (SAM) 生成的核苷[1]。 5'-Methylthioadenosine 通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和诱导细胞凋亡来抑制肿瘤,同时控制肿瘤组织的炎症微环境。 5'-甲硫腺苷及其相关物质对肿瘤发生具有显着的调控作用[2]。

体外:5'-甲硫腺苷对 MTAP+ 细胞的保护作用明显优于 MTAP− 细胞免受 6TG(6'-硫鸟嘌呤)的影响毒性[3]。

体内:2FA(2'-氟腺嘌呤)+ MTA(5'-甲硫腺苷)组合(100 mg/kg MTA;20 mg/kg 2FA)抑制四种不同MTAP− 小鼠异种移植模型中的人肿瘤细胞系[3].
