岩棉生产线
Rock wool production line
岩棉生产线需要将原料按一定比例混合后投入熔炉熔化,形成高温熔体。熔体进入离心机被离心成纤维状,同时喷胶系统喷洒粘结剂。纤维在摆锤铺棉系统作用下形成棉层,随后进入固化炉固化。固化后的岩棉制品经切割设备切割成所需尺寸,最后由包装设备进行包装,完成岩棉产品的生产。

产品质量稳定:通过精确控制熔炉温度、离心机转速、喷胶量、固化炉温度和时间等参数,能够生产出质量稳定、性能可靠的岩棉制品,确保其具有良好的保温、隔热、防火、吸音等性能。

EPS生产线
EPS production line
EPS生产线首先将EPS颗粒在预发泡机中通过蒸汽加热进行预发泡,得到预发泡颗粒。预发泡颗粒进入熟化仓进行熟化处理。熟化后的颗粒被送入成型机模具,在蒸汽作用下再次膨胀成型。成型后的EPS制品若需要切割,就通过切割机进行加工,最后经过干燥设备干燥,得到最终的EPS产品。
生产线特点
产品多样性:可以生产多种不同形状、尺寸和密度的EPS制品,满足建筑保温、包装、装饰等多个行业的需求。
生产效率高:采用自动化的生产设备和连续化的生产工艺,能够实现较高的生产效率,大规模地生产EPS制品。

The EPS production line first pre-foams the EPS particles in the pre-foaming machine by steam heating to obtain pre-foamed particles. The pre-foamed particles enter the maturation bin for maturation.
