岩棉生产线需要将原料按一定比例混合后投入熔炉熔化，形成高温熔体。熔体进入离心机被离心成纤维状，同时喷胶系统喷洒粘结剂。纤维在摆锤铺棉系统作用下形成棉层，随后进入固化炉固化。固化后的岩棉制品经切割设备切割成所需尺寸，最后由包装设备进行包装，完成岩棉产品的生产。

EPS生产线首先将EPS颗粒在预发泡机中通过蒸汽加热进行预发泡，得到预发泡颗粒。预发泡颗粒进入熟化仓进行熟化处理。熟化后的颗粒被送入成型机模具，在蒸汽作用下再次膨胀成型。成型后的EPS制品若需要切割，就通过切割机进行加工，最后经过干燥设备干燥，得到最终的EPS产品。
