本期将绘制三个零件,熟练使用镜向特征。一般来说对于轴对称的模型我们都可以优先考虑使用镜向特征。下面是第一个零件的零件图纸,图中能够看出这是一个左右对称的零件,我们可以先试用无限长的构造线作为对称轴辅助线,再画一半标注尺寸,最后镜向即可。
This issue will draw three parts, skilled use of mirror features. In general, for axisymmetric models, we can prioritize the use of mirror features. The following is the drawing of the first part. It can be seen that this is a left and right symmetrical part. We can first try the infinite length of the structure line as the auxiliary line of the symmetry axis, and then draw half of it to mark the size.
画好第一个零件后,第二个零件可以看到也是一个轴对称的图形。不过是上下对撑,我们可以先画上半部分,注意这个模型的厚度为2毫米。图纸中没有标注圆孔的大小,我们这里使用孔的直径为3毫米比较合适。
After drawing the first part, you can see that the second part is also an axisymmetric figure. We can draw the top half first, and notice that the thickness of this model is 2 mm. The size of the round hole is not marked in the drawing. It is more appropriate to use a diameter of 3mm for the hole here.
有了前面两个零件的绘制后,就变得简单了。第三个零件也同样可以用镜向。并且这个零件比较简单,按照前面的方法先画一半,标注尺寸,可以简化步骤。
